Navrachana University BTech Courses & Fees 2025: Eligibility, Admission Process, Scholarships

The Navrachana University BTech admission process comprises various steps. The entire process can be divided into three major steps: registration process, selection process, and fee payment. The detailed step-wise process for Navrachana University admission for BTech is as follows:

STEP 1: Navrachana University BTech Registration Process

The admission process starts with the online registration. Candidates can register their candidature by visiting the university's official website (nuv.ac.in). Further, they must separately register for the accepted entrance exams and the subsequent counselling, if applicable.

Step 2: Navrachana University BTech Selection Process

Navrachana University BTech selection is entrance-based. 50% of the seats are filled through the GUJCET counselling conducted by the ACPC, Government of Gujarat. The first round of seat allotment is based on candidates' scores in GUJCET, and the second round is based on the JEE Main scores.

The remaining 50% of the seats are allocated directly by the university, based on the applicants' JEE (Main)/ GUJCET scores.

Step 3: Fee Payment

Selected candidates must submit the prescribed Navrachana University fees to confirm their admission. The total BTech fee at Navrachana University is INR 4.58 for four years. Additionally, candidates must also submit a library deposit of INR 5,000 at admission. Students enrolled in a BTech at Navrachana University are eligible for the scholarships offered by the university as well as the Central and State Governments. The government scholarships are offered under various schemes favouring candidates belonging to the SC, ST, SEBC and other minority categories.

At Navrachana University, BTech scholarships are offered under three categories. Listed below are the three categories of Navrachana University Scholarships:

1. Merit-cum-Need Scholarship: Tuition fee waivers of up to 100%, provided to students whose family's combined income does not exceed INR 8 LPA and who have scored a minimum of 70% in Class 12
2. Merit Scholarship: Tuition fee waivers of up to 100%, provided on a first-come, first-served basis, to students who have scored a minimum of 80% in Class 12
3. Hostel Scholarship: Students who are awarded merit-based or merit-cum-need scholarships also receive an additional scholarship of 10% on hostel accommodation fees
