NIIT University Fee Structure 2026
The NIIT University Fee ranges between INR 3.95 lakh - INR 15.49 lakh for the total tuition fees. The total fee may vary depending on the course and specialisation chosen by the candidates. The BTech programme is at the higher side, while the PG Diploma is the most cost effective course.
- Fee Structure: NIIT University fee structure is inclusive of multiple components other than tuition fee, such as security deposit, acceptance fee, and hostel fee (optional). Some of the fee vairents are to be paid once while some are paid annually.
- One-time Fee: This component of the fee structure includes Non-refundable application fee (INR 1500), Acceptance fee and the Refundable security deposit which is refunded when the programme is completed.
- Payment installments: The students can choose from two payment options, either pay fees annually at the start of the year or pay the fee semester wise at the starting of each semester.
- Hostel Fee: The Hostel fee is inclusive of Hostel room rent, mess food and laundry fee. The male students are offered triple occupancy rooms only in the first year, after which they could opt for single or double sharing rooms. Girls hostel offers single and triple sharing room accomodations. The male hostel annual fee ranges between INR 2.02 lakh for the triple sharing rooms and INR 2.77 lakh for the single occupany rooms. The female hostel annual fee ranges between INR 2.21 lakh - INR 1.85 lakh for the single and triple sharing formats, respectively.
Fee Refund Policy
- The NIIT University follows the fee refund guidlines set by the UGC. The refund amount percentages are determined by when the withdrawal notice is received relative to the last date of admission. Almost total amount of the fee can be refunded if the canidate withdraws the admission prior to 15 days from the last date of admission. The security deposit charged from candidates who applied via Early Admission mode (EAD) an amount of INR 5,000 will be deducted by the university from the total sum of INR 20,000.

The application fee of INR 1,500 is non refundable, while the security deposit is totally refundable. The acceptance fee of INR 20k charged in the Early Admission mode faces a deduction of INR 5k at the time of refund.
