Candidates seeking admission to E-MBA at NIT Silchar must be employed and have a work experience of at least two years of at executive/managerial/administrative/supervisory position in any organiaation. The two year shall be counted from obtaining the Bachelor's Degree to the date of applying for the EMBA programme. Candidates should submit a 'No Objection Certificate (NOC)' from the present employer while applying.

NIT Silchar provides 8 boys hostels and 3 girls hostels on the campus. Occupancy is available on single, double and triple sharing basis. Also all necessary facilities for recreation, food and internet are available.
