NLU LLM is a full-time programme that lasts one year. The postgraduate level course is also offered full-time and has two academic semesters. Further, NLU also offers a joint LLM/MA in Intellectual Property Law and Management. The LLM programmes are non-residential.
National Law University Delhi LLM admission is entrance-based. The university accepts All India Law Entrance Test (AILET) 2025 exam to get admitted to the LLM course.CLAT 2025 score is also not acceptable for admission to NLU Delhi. The students are shortlisted based on the merit of the entrance exam and the academic qualifications of the students. Candidates must apply for the All India Law Entrance Test (AILET) 2025 exam, whose applications have already begun. All candidates, except for those applying under the Foreign Nationals category, are required to appear in the AILET exam for admission to NLU Delhi.
