Why Oriental University Indore is good for you!
Placements: The placement rate at our university is around 80 to 90 percent, and the average package for placed students is 4.5 lakh. The highest package from our university is 80 lakh, while the lowest is between 2 and 2.5 lakh. Companies like TCS, Microsoft, Infosys, and others provide placements for our students.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our university is good, allowing students to enjoy the facilities provided. The classrooms are very spacious and well-maintained, and the library has many books for students to read. The hostels are of good quality, and the food is outstanding.
Faculty: I would rate the course curriculum 10 on 10 in terms of relevance and comprehensiveness. I wanted to opt of this course that made me choose the same. The areas that needs to be looked after is the infrastructure. Otherwise, it is nice and very good for students.

Value for money with good placements.
Placements: The average placement in 2013-17 batch was 60% because it was declared an autonomous University in 2017. Average package is 4 Lacs - 4.5 Lacs if you're pursuing undergraduation. For B.Tech I would suggest you to go for CSE (computer Science). Top recruiting companies are Microsoft and TCS.
Infrastructure: Microsoft Nodal centre in Madhya Pradesh is located only in Oriental Indore, due to it's Infrastructure, computer labs, wi-fi facilities, digitalized classrooms. For Mechanical, you'll get a workshop where you can upgrade your practical skills. The canteen is not so good but you'll surely make some good memories.
Faculty: Most of the faculty members have a deep understanding of their domain and will help you in gaining practical knowledge and applying it in the field. Teachers are really helpful but you've to be more enthusiastic to learn the modern trends in your specific domain.
Other: The best thing about the course was the practical knowledge I grabbed. Now it's very easy to understand and apply it in the Industry. Are you ready for a Race? You'll be exposed to National events like (NKRC and BAJA), where you have to apply your practical knowledge, make your own cart and run on/off the tracks.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of placement, good faculty and average infrastructure etc.
Placements: There is no any core companies invited in University for placement. Only Few companies related to CSE and ITE department invited for open campus. TPO is Very Disgusting. Most of students take admission in private college/university only to get placed but here is very dull system of training and placement officer, .
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is average, University is in under construction, One Student was critical Injured when a brick fall from 40 feet height on over his head due to construction and university done nothing for him. There is no any playground in University, lots of talent is waste because of the worst infrastructure, only few months ago hostel is completed but facility is so dull and lots of thing university have to done to improve infrastructure.
Faculty: Some faculty is experienced and have good knowledge but lots of faculty is inexperienced and only read book during teaching. University only wants servent at the place of faculty if any best does't follow the chip order of management then that faculty terminate by University. There is no chance for course completion, sometimes semester end only in 4 month and university haven't his own course, they only copy some content from other universities and no any book publish as a course.
Other: Management is so the worst of this university, No one wants to maintain the quality of standard of university, Every time done chip things to collect money from students and also return caution money cheque with wrong signatory. So management done chip things to collect money.

Really good infrastructure, good faculty member, too high fee, placements are quite low.
Placements: The placements in Oriental University is not much good during my time. I am from mechanical engineering branch, and there is no any company visited our university for our branch. But for other branches like computer science, electronics and communication and information technology there are many companies have visited for them, and the placement rate is 100% for the students of their respective branches. The highest package is 3.4 lakhs per year in TCS, and the lowest is 1.2 lakhs per year. The college will not provide you with the internship you have to search it by your self. Even college will not help you to get this except training letter.
Infrastructure: The campus of Oriental University is quite good it spread in around 77-acre campus, and the way to reach it is also easy. The whole campus has Wi-Fi, but you can not visit social media sites as they are blocked. The classrooms are good, and furniture is very good. Even they have some smart classrooms, and these are very good. The medical facilities are not much good, they provide paracetamol and crocin, but in case of emergency one of Indore's the biggest hospital Aurobindo in near to it, so there is no worry. There is a sports day only one day in a week for only 2 hours, and the sports equipment are also not good.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful, and they are highly educated almost all faculty member having Master degree in their respective fields. The head of the departments is having a doctorate in their respective field. The student-faculty ratio is 30:1. They provide some industry visits.
Other: The campus is not in the city, but to reach the campus it is easy it is situated on state highway No. 27 in Indore, it is called Indore Ujjain road. Events are happening every week in different departments. Annual fest is held in summer at that time they give fresher's party as well as the farewell party. The surroundings of the campus are full of nature because it is situated in the village.

The worst Private college of M. P.
Placements: There are no placements till now. There is no existence nor quality education. They take money through a lot of fees, fines. They take Rs. 15000 for training and placement but not a single training and placement class are given, nor any company has come till date to the college. Neither the college supports students to go for the off-campus interview.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good from outside as one will think as a Howard University but inside has noting only vacant rooms and empty classes and lab with no equipment. It has nothing to do with students life but has only opened a financial institution to earn money.
Faculty: Earlier the faculty were super, but now it has deteriorated it's standard. The worst faculty team. They don't teach anything. There is no response from any management as they just sit and are running the institution as a public bank, no complaints are being listened, only they do what they want.
