Placements: I am currently pursuing B.Tech CSE (IEP) in association with Quick Heal at Parul University. The university provides placement opportunities for students through campus drives, training sessions, and skill development programs. Many companies visit the campus for recruitment. The placement percentage is decent for students who maintain good skills and communication. The average package offered for technical roles ranges from 4-6 LPA. The highest package offered depends on students performance and skills. Internship opportunities are also provided through industry collaborations and training programs. Quick Heal training sessions help students gain practical exposure in cybersecurity and industry-related technology.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of Parul University is one of the strong points of the college. Classrooms are spacious and equipped with projectors and Wi-Fi facilities. Computer labs are well-maintained and useful for practical sessions. The university has a large central library with academic books, digital resources, and study space for students. The campus environment is modern and active. Bus facilities are available for day scholars, which is convenient for students traveling from nearby cities. Hostel facilities are decent with proper security and basic amenities. Sports grounds, gym facilities, medical support, and extracurricular activities are also available on campus.
Faculty: Faculty members are supportive, qualified, and knowledgeable in their subjects. The teaching quality depends on the faculty member, but overall, teachers are helpful during practical work, assignments, and exam preparation. The course curriculum includes both academic subjects and industry-oriented learning through the Quick Heal collaboration, which gives students exposure to cybersecurity and technical training. The course helps students understand industry basics, but students still need self-learning and certification to become truly industry-ready. Semester exams are moderately difficult. Students who attend lectures regularly and prepare properly can pass without much difficulty.
Other: Campus life at Parul University is active and enjoyable. Students from different states study here, which creates a diverse environment and helps in improving communication and networking skills. The university organises many cultural events, technical fests, sports competitions, seminars, and extracurricular activities throughout the year. The campus is large and lively with good connectivity and nearby facilities. However, I feel the university can improve practical learning opportunities and placement quality for core technical roles. It should provide individual attention in some subjects because of the large number of students.

Good faculty, modern infrastructure, and a vibrant campus.
Placements: I estimate that around 80 to 85% students from the CSE department got the placements. The top recruiting companies include Quickheal, TCS, Infosys, Wipro and Amazon. Roles offered in the course are software developer and cybersecurity analyst. The highest package is 15 to 18 LPA.
The average package is 4 to 6 LPA.
Infrastructure: Good facilities with Wi-Fi across the whole campus, modern computer labs with required software, smart classrooms, and the library has a good collection of knowledgeable books. Hostels are well-maintained with clean rooms, and the mess food is average and manageable.
Faculty: Teachers are qualified, knowledgeable, and generally helpful. The teaching is good with a focus on clearing concepts. Semester exams are moderately difficult. The CSE curriculum is relevant and updated, especially the quickheal specialisation is good.
Other: I chose B.Tech with CSE QuickHeal because of its strong industry partnership and focus on cybersecurity. The best things are the specialised security modules. The course can be improved by increasing the number of guest lectures. The campus has a major crowd with events like garba and Technovision.

It's a fine college if you want to enjoy college life. It's great for study, it's average.
Placements: I belong to the B.Tech Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) course, passing out batch 2027. Around 60% of students were successfully placed in the B.Tech CSE program. People are placed, but the package is not very good, and in my course, very few people get placed in this university company for cyber security. The highest and the lowest, I don't know really, as in this course generally students take placement off campus or shift to different domains. Top recruiters are, in general, Cognizant; in my course, none I don't know as people do internships in different domains.
Infrastructure: Hostels are too good and fine with a lot of facilities and restrictions. The food facility is fine, and the food quality is also fine. You cannot go out of college without having your parents video call. Rooms are also fine, but the price is so high. Wi-Fi switches off after 12 at night and switches on at 6 o'clock in the morning.
Faculty: Teachers were generally qualified and knowledgeable, but the overall teaching quality was below average. While some faculty members were helpful and explained concepts well, the course curriculum is moderately relevant but not fully industry-oriented. The semester exams are of moderate difficulty and mostly theory-based. The pass percentage is around 75-80%, indicating that exams are not very challenging.
Other: Overall, the B.Tech CSE course provides basic technical knowledge, but students need to rely heavily on self-learning, internships, and online courses to become industry-ready. The college environment is average. I wish there would be opportunities to learn programming languages and tools and availability of online resources to supplement learning. Technical and cultural events are so good, and more industry-oriented workshops and hackathons would be beneficial. The crowd is mixed. Some students are highly motivated.

Vibrant Culture College Parul University.
Placements: Hi, I am Mohit from Parul University. I am a student of B.Tech CSE (QuickHeal). It is an industry-embedded course. The placement is decent if you study well and have skills. For this course, QuickHeal gives internships to students, and students can also get internships from the 2nd year in college.
Infrastructure: The Wi-Fi facility is good, but after 12 AM, the Wi-Fi is shut down for some reasons. Labs and classrooms are good, and the library also has some good books, which you can easily issue. The food in the mess is average. There is a hospital at PU where diagnosis is free for PU students, and there is also an ambulance facility for hostel students and other students. For sports and games, there are many grounds.
Faculty: The faculty, curriculum, and exams are good. The teachers are helpful, qualified, and have knowledge in other fields. The teaching quality is also good. The course curriculum is also good. The faculty tries their best to make students industry-ready. The semester exams are not difficult; they are easy if you study well.
Other: Events, fests, and all things are good. One thing that I like about PU is that if you have other skills like dancing, music, sketching, drama, or poetry, PU will give you the stage for that and try their best to help you grow.

It's a fine college if you want to enjoy college life, it's great for studying, and it's average.
Placements: People are placed, but the package is not very good. In my course, very few people get placed in this university. A company for cybersecurity rarely comes. The highest, the lowest package, I don't know really, as in this course generally students take placement off campus or shifts to different domains. Top recruiters are, in general, Cognizant of my course. I don't know, as people do internships in different domains.
Infrastructure: Hostels are fine with a lot of restrictions. You cannot go out of college without having a video call with your parents. The food facility is fine, and the food quality is also fine. Rooms are also fine, but the price is so high, I personally feel. Wi-Fi switches off after 12 at night. Classrooms are okayish, the library is also okay, like average study infrastructure and the hostel.
Faculty: I would rarely agree with teachers being useful. Oh God, teachers in the first semester were only good teachers. I still think teachers are fine, some of them, others are, I don't have words. The course curriculum is relevant. About industry-ready, I would not say, but maybe in the upcoming years. Semester exams are fine, not very difficult, average difficulty level.
Other: I read a book, and that made me fascinated towards cybersecurity. The best thing about this course was that we got an industry trainer in each semester 2 times, and they used to teach us. For improvement, we have these classes all day for a week, on the same subject that relates to cybersecurity, and it used to get a lot hectic. I would have loved it if they had regular classes or if whole day classes, then maybe 2 days a week. Fest, campus life is so vibrant here, every day, something is happening.
