Placements are improving.
Placements: Good placement of cells and system. Around 30–40 percent get placed in my seniors' batch. The highest package offered in B.Sc. GAV is 6 LPA. I haven't seen any top companies till now, but there are many intermediate companies. Roles offered include 3D generalist and designer.
Infrastructure: We have Rajasthan’s No. 1-ranked design course. We only have Wi-Fi and ACs in the library and labs. The food is of low quality, but they provide meals twice a day. There are AC rooms, non-AC rooms, and cooler rooms, each with different fees. The hostel also has a gym and a mess. There are many PGs outside the college, and transport facilities are available for free, included in the hostel fees.
Faculty: Some teachers are very helpful. There is no doubt about it, but some act like they don’t care how students feel. They just want the assignments no matter what. I think there are 4 months in a semester, but actually, the productive days we get are only 2 months if we remove all the holidays. So, I think it becomes very difficult to focus on a single skill as there are a total of 8 to 10 subjects going on.
Other: I think I get more than enough for this price. Other colleges offer a higher rate of fees, with fewer securities and responsibilities. I think removing stress from assignments and focusing on skills may improve this course very well. There are many festivals and events, including the yearly Laksya, which is a one-week fest.
