At first, I thought we had the best placements, but due to the recession, we are not getting teaching jobs; it's not the campus's fault.

Presidency University Bangalore has a lot of positives about it!
Placements: At Presidency University, Bangalore, our aptitude training started in the second year and continued. So, as soon as we entered the final year, we were ready and placements were in full swing. From L& T Electric to Schneider Electric, many core companies came for Placements. The average placements for our ECE branch were around 7-8 LPA.
Infrastructure: Presidency University Bangalore has the best infrastructure, which is spread across 60 acres. Every single department in our university has nearly 12 to 14 departments has their building. So, from sports facilities to university hostels, everything here is something to take note of.
Faculty: Some new faculty members have joined our university and they lack experience, but some are experienced too. So, all in all a bit average in this part but nonetheless it's the teaching of theirs which provides us much needed knowledge that most students in our batch were placed successfully.
Other: A college with a strict code of conduct and events every month kept us engaged.

Looking to ruin your future, here is the best place.
Placements: Do not believe in 100 percent placement drama. Most of the companies coming for on-campus placement drives are EdTech Startups for the role of B2C Sales (they just give fancy names). This is the worst thing a fresher can do, bad working conditions will affect mental health very badly. Additionally, you won't be able to switch jobs easily and grow.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good and well maintained. Computers are there in almost every labs, but they are very slow. There is regular electricity and Wi-Fi connection problems make it worse. I don't know about hostels, but I have tasted the food, it's okayish (same with every hostel). The campus is overcrowded. Everywhere, girls are dancing and making reels. God, it was so hard surviving 3 years here.
Faculty: A few faculty members are really good, but again most of them are there because they didn't get a good job in the industry. Well, that might sound arrogant but that's the truth, faculty members hailing from Karnataka, Delhi, and Mumbai are amazing and mature. They know how to treat students, but those Telugu faculty members, I never want to come across someone like that in my life. They can't even speak basic English properly. The curriculum is from the Indus Valley Civilisation, so you decide if you want to study that. Exams are mostly easy to moderate.
Other: The cheapest crowd you can find in the city. The main problem is the university has no standard way of admission, anyone with money can get a seat. If you have a good brain, make sure you will never go to this university. No offence to any state, but the Telugu people in this university are the main reason it has turned into a cheap campus (pay a visit, and you will understand). The dress code of the university is bad.

Overall, a very engaging campus.

Great college ever with great environment.
Placements: The corporate relations team brings top-tier management firms to campus. Excellent marketing, finance, and HR roles are up for grabs, while mandatory summer internships ensure we get direct real-world experience before completing our business degree.
Infrastructure: The campus features premium corporate-style infrastructure. Modern seminar halls, teacher-driven discussion rooms for team projects, and vast digital libraries loaded with business journals create a professional boardroom vibe right inside the college.
Faculty: Seasoned professors bring industry-focused curriculum to life. Our college also provides case studies on global market trends and the focus stays entirely on practical leadership strategy and presentation skills rather than forcing us to memorise textbook definitions.

Excellent university with good infrastructure, teaching, and a sustainable environment.
Placements: University provided placements with good research opportunities and good career prospects for engineering students. Core Mechanical students were directly placed through campus recruitment. The average package offered was around 4.5 to 6 LPA, with the highest offers reaching up to 14 LPA.
Infrastructure: University features high-end labs with facilities like 3D manufacturing, additive manufacturing, and easily accessible project equipment.
Faculty: Teachers were supportive, and the process was hassle-free. Faculty members were highly qualified and knowledgeable in their core domains, like thermal sciences and manufacturing. They were easily approachable for project mentorship. The course curriculum was highly relevant and updated with modern industry equipment and proper mentorship. Semester exams were well conducted.
Other: Overall, university provided a remarkable and good ambience for learning, personal growth, and professional development. I chose this course because of the excellent laboratory infrastructure and research-driven focus of the engineering departments.

A good campus providing good education.
Placements: About 70 percent of students got placed. The highest package is 8 LPA and the lowest package is 3.2 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Mphasis, Capgemini, and Tap Academy. 65 percent of students got internships in the Tap Academy. Roles offered are Java developer and software developer.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure and facilities are good with a good Wi-Fi connection. There are good working computers in every lab. There are no frequent power cuts and we have lift facilities even for the students. There is good maintenance for the washrooms also. Talking about the food it is moderate. It is not too good or not too bad. Medical facilities are available in both the college campus and the hostel.
Faculty: There are student-friendly staff who are ready to help students with any kind of knowledge they want. It makes students industry-ready. Coming to the semester exams is quite easy and it depends on the subjects and how well we prepare for them. The pass percentage is about 80 percent.
Other: I personally liked to be a software engineer so I chose this course. The best thing about the course is that it is easy to learn. Things to improve are to add sufficient knowledge about the entire course rather than focusing on important points. There is one of the biggest fest Invincia. This is the biggest fest among all colleges.
