The admission cycle of SVBP University commences in June after the result declaration of UPCATET. The University accepts the score of the Uttar Pradesh Combined Agriculture and Technology Entrance Test (UPCATET) to grant admission to the BSc program.

To seek admission to any of the courses offered at SVBP University, candidates need to fill out the UPCATET application form through its official website. The step-by-step process to download the same is listed below in brief:

The University offers scholarships to the meritorious candidates and the students belonging to SC/ST and other backward categories as per the government orders and provisions under different schemes. Different schemes for SVBP University scholarships is listed below:

• Scholarship from Mandi Parishad: This scholarship scheme is offered to the students pursuing UG and PG courses from the University with a good academic record
• National Talent Scholarships: This scholarship scheme is offered to the students getting admitted to the University through ICAR. The eligible student is awarded Rs 1,000 per month, provided he/she attain minimum CGPA of 7.5
• Award of Ph.D. Scholarship/Fellowship: Rs 1,500 per month

• ICAR Senior Research Fellowship
• UGC M.Tech Fellowship for ST/SC students only
