If you want to achieve new things, come to Sastra.
Placements: During this academic year, nearly most of the students are placed in our branch in both IT and core sectors. The placement percentage is approximately 75 to 80 across the campus. The highest package is 40 LPA for a CSE branch student. But in our branch, the highest is 25 LPA and the lowest is 5 LPA.
Infrastructure: The classes are good enough with a sitting arrangement for 60 students, provided with a projector. The library contains more than 10,000 books. Wi-Fi is available across the campus. Labs contain all the equipment that is required. The hostel rooms are quite good, but the mess is average.
Faculty: Most of the lecturers are Ph.D. graduates, who are also enrolled in projects in the college research center. This course is relevant with proper lessons. We also have practical work, which is quite hard compared to other colleges. It feels tricky in the MID exams, but in the semester exams, it is easy to score.

Absolutely satisfied because of faculty and good placements in recent years.
Placements: 95% placements with packages ranging from 29 LPA to 2.4 LPA. Zoho, TCS Digital, FACE, Cisco, and Amazon offer around 50% of core and IT roles. Bosch, Rockwell Collins, Cisco, Caterpillar, Coreel, Cypress, TCS, CTS, Wipro, Zoho, Amazon, PayPal, L&T, Cognizant, Accenture, and Infosys are the top companies that have visited in the past years.
Infrastructure: Good facilities and infrastructure are available for our course and department, such as Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, and a library. The hostel provides better quality facilities, and the food available in the mess and canteen is good. There are also medical facilities, sports, and games.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is very good. The curriculum is relevant, and students mostly learn practically together in labs. The level of difficulty is moderate. By studying one day before, you cannot get good grades.
Other: An ECE is focused on about 50% placement in core roles and coding/IT roles. Approximately 100 ECE students get placed in a batch. Another comment suggests that only a small number of core recruiters visit for ECE, making coding roles more common.

Satisfied with the college.
Placements: 95% of students got placed. The highest salary is 29 LPA, and the lowest salary is 2.4 LPA. Recruiting companies are Zoho, TCS Digital, Face, CISCO, and Amazon. 50% of students got internships in core and IT fields like Zoho, TCS Digital, Face, CISCO, and Amazon. Overall, placements are good.
Infrastructure: Good facilities and infrastructure available for our course/department (e.g. Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, library). We have better hostel facilities in our hostel. The quality of food is available in the mess and canteen. Medical facilities, sports, and games are there.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is good, and they are talented. They will explain neatly. They are highly qualified. They have their Ph.D. for everyone. Overall, teachers are well-qualified and very connected to students.
Other: An ECE-focused post indicates about 50% of placement for core roles and coding/IT roles, with approximately 100 ECE students placed in a batch. Another comment suggests that only a smaller number of core recruiters visit for ECE, making coding roles more common.

Good college, with good lab facilities.
Placements: A few seniors are placed in Goldman Sachs and PayPal with a 30 LPA, as per sources. Top recruiters are PayPal and Goldman Sachs. Internship tests are offered in the 3rd year. Placements and projects are done in the 4th year. Internships can be converted to full-time, based on performance.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is slow, and labs are very strict and serious. Mess is pure vegetarian. Sports and games are available, and there is a hospital here in Gurunath.
Faculty: Many teachers are qualified and knowledgeable, but few of them are based on PPT mostly. Semester exam papers are a bit hard, but CIA papers are, as expected, and you can attempt them. The course is engaging and more of a practical sort.
Other: Majorly 3 fests, Kuruksastra, the only cultural fest of Sastra. Colosseum, the sports fest. Daksh, the coding fest. The campus is huge with many academic blocks spread across.

College is a very good green campus.
Placements: More than 80% will be placed in this course, this was told by our seniors. TCS, PayPal, Infosys, Wipro, all these companies come to my college and offer internships, mostly, all members get internships during their 7th semester or 8th semester.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available in my college, but it only connects to laptops. The library is the best place to study on my college campus. Classrooms are very neatly maintained. Food is somewhat bad, they do not provide non-veg, only veg is provided. Canteen food is good.
Faculty: In my college, there are so many talented faculty members like Muthubalan Johnbasco. Their teaching style is also very good, and they are highly talented. Semester exams are very strict, and a number of mixed concepts will be given. The pass percentage depends on the paper, mostly around 70.
Other: I chose this course because I am interested in studying electronics.

I am averagely satisfied with placements and the quality of education.
Placements: The highest package is 34 LPA. TCS and Cognizant are the top recruiting companies for our course. 80% of students get placed. 50% of students got internships from my course in Zoho, L&T, etc. Roles offered in our course are team leader and developer.
Infrastructure: There is no college hostel but there are some private hostels nearby. The food facilities are poor. Sports games are not encouraged. Labs are not so efficient but have average equipment. In classrooms, benches are not so comfortable and projectors are available in some classrooms only.
Faculty: Semester exams are tough in college. The pass percentage is 50%. The course curriculum is relevant but not for the first two semesters. It makes students averagely industry-ready. The teaching quality varies depending on the faculty members. Most of them teach well.
Other: Events happen often but fests happen only once a year. Scholarships are not given. The campus has only one common ground and it has so high crowd. It should improve the lab facilities.

With 980 marks in Telangana board and 85 percentile in JEE Mains, your chances for CSE at SASTRA are quite good. They give major weight to board marks along with some consideration for JEE scores. While nothing is guaranteed, you're in a strong range. Apply as early as possible since seats usually s
