It is a good university for higher studies.
Placements: There are placement opportunities in university but all of the jobs are low-paying jobs between Rs. 15,000 - Rs. 20,000 per month. The salary package offered is 6 LPA. You will get good opportunities and that too in a government agricultural university.
Infrastructure: The hostel, sports complex, food, and cafeteria are the highlights over here. The course and infrastructure are some of the things that are good over here. You will be willing to go to your university if you are admitted over here. Mostly seniors are very helpful over here. No ragging or anything like that happens over here.
Faculty: Teachers are qualified and helpful but you have to go to them by yourself or else they'll not help. If you remain in contact with them then they will provide you with great access to the lab infrastructure. Labs are well-equipped. As this is a government college. Agricultural University and teachers can also place you in some NITs, IITs, and Iims for internships.
Other: Many events are organized here, including festivals. However, the festival has been canceled for the last three years. You will have the opportunity to participate in various national events. There is also an international student exchange program available that you can benefit from if you are at the top of your class.
