SMVDU Placement overview 2024
As per Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University Engineering and Management NIRF reports 2024, the median package offered during BTech and MBA placements 2023 stood at INR 5.5 LPA and INR 4.41 LPA, respectively. In addition, according to the Architecture NIRF report 2024, the median package offered during BArch placements 2023 stood at INR 2.5 LPA.
Earlier, the University concluded 2022 placements with 455 students placed in leading companies such as Tech Mahindra, Infosys, Accenture, and many others. Out of all, Cognizant emerged as the top recruiter with the highest number of students selected during SMVDU placements 2022.
According to NIRF report 2023, 164 BTech, 11 MTech, 68 MBA , 4 Integrated MBA and 13 BArch students were placed during SMVDU placements 2022. The median package offered to BTech and MTech students stood at INR 4.6 LPA and INR 4.01 LPA. For MBA and Integrated MBA students, the median package offered was INR 4.2 LPA and INR 4.02 LPA and for BArch courses, the median package stood at INR 2.5 LPA, respectively.

Sri Mata Vaishno Devi University (SMVDU) located at Katra, in Kashmir, India. It's NIRF ( National Institute of Ranking Framework) is 151 .
The highest placement recorded was around 50 Lacs and the average package recorded was about 4 to 5 Lacs per annum and the lowest package recorded was 2 lakhs
