The college has good infrastructure and facilities.

Faculty: Teachers are really helpful and skilled in their spheres of knowledge. The quality of teaching is awesome. Levels of semester exams are good. The pass percentage was the same as 33%, and there are some exceptions. There are extra technical subjects there for extra skills.

College is surrounded by a heaven.

Faculty: Faculty members are nice, but most of them are rude in nature. This makes students hesitate to approach them, which is why they can’t fully benefit from their knowledge. But, not all faculty members are like this, many of them are kind and share their knowledge completely with students.

SMVDU: Where learning meets nature.

Faculty: All the teachers are well experienced and qualified in their domain and subject. Professors also use PPTs for a better understanding of concepts and provide lab assistance. The industry-based course is followed to help students. Semester exams are of good level and relative marking in the result is followed.

College surrounded by trikuta hills.

Faculty: Highly qualified teachers were there. Good projects to train our future. Difficulty of the exam was moderate. It covered everything tough in class. 36 marks out of 100 were passing marks. The students were made ready to face all the difficulties, they will face during their jobs through courses.

In summary, I can say that our college is not as good as IITs but still a good choice for students.

Faculty: Faculty members are excellent because they are helpful as well as supportive. Teachers are well-qualified as well as knowledgeable and deliver good quality teaching. Course curriculum is relevant and knowledgeable. Semester exams are not much difficult but not that easy. The difficulty level of exams is moderate. We need to score 36% to pass a subject.

Affordable college for B.Tech.

Faculty: Faculty members and curriculum in our college are amazing. The exam is moderate to tough. It makes students industry-ready. Pass percentage for the exam is 33% and requires 75% attendance to appear in the exam. There are 2 exams in the semester 1st is midsem and 2nd is major. Course curriculum is well-structured that blends theoretical knowledge with practical application.

Detailed review of SMVDU.

Faculty: Faculty members of our college are very good, they are well-educated and friendly with students. They clear our doubts but the teaching method is old because of the infrastructure we don't have smart boards. The semester level exam is moderate to difficult. Almost 90% of students get passed.

Satisfied with all facilities, but the hostel infrastructure is not good. Overall, good.

Faculty: Faculty members of the civil branch are very good, and all teachers are well-qualified, but sometimes they fail to connect with students. The civil engineering course provides us with all theoretical knowledge and also teaches us about the industry and the future of civil engineering. There are two exams in one semester a minor exam which is of 20 marks and one major exam of 40 marks. The rest 40 marks depend on the professor, whether he can take quiz or assignment.

An honest and unbiased review of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University.

Faculty: We have well-qualified faculty, especially in my course which is civil engineering. The faculty is very well-qualified, knowledgeable, and helpful. I don't know much about the curriculum, but it seems currently the curriculum of all the branches is the same for the first year. The semester exams are not too easy and not too hard. The minimum percentage required to pass is 36%.

Placements are bad, rare fests, great restrictions on girls, not worth it.

Faculty: Teachers are fine and lenient. You cannot expect all of them to be good but they are just fine. The course content however I'll say is pretty outdated, it definitely won't make you industry-ready. You can get a good grade by studying 1 night before the exam, to pass you need to have at least 33 marks in the subject out of 100, which is pretty easy. Exams are checked by subject teachers.

College and Clubs are inactive with no fest.

Faculty: The curriculum is not well maintained, and the faculty is too strict about attendance, but some are not strict. The marking scheme seems biased, as some local students from Jammu benefit from higher lab marks and internal marks. Jammu students are favored, while students from outside are not treated as well in all aspects. Teachers are also biased here. Courses are not good here, as both faculty and students are focused only on academics.

Absolutely satisfied, etc.

Faculty: There are mid-term exams of 20 marks theory, 20 for our presentations, which every student gives on their own. 40 is again for theory, which we call major exams, and 20 is for a quiz taken every 2 weeks. These help in revision for students, and they learn new things.

Overall, the college is good as compared to other private colleges.

Faculty: Faculty are good. Sometimes they are strict when it comes to 75% attendance but not all the teachers, but some of them are strict about 5% attendance. The curriculum is good and well structured. It is easy to pass the exam, as the teachers are well qualified, helpful and knowledgeable.

Good faculty, infrastructure and facilities.

Faculty: The faculty members are quite helpful to you and even guide you for your betterment in the field and what more you can achieve in the field. They will help you if you have any doubts about the course. In my batch, the course curriculum of my field was sufficient to gain a lot of knowledge.
