The BSc eligibility criteria vary across the BSc courses offered at SRHU. The basic eligibility criteria for all courses require the candidates to have passed Class 12 from a recognised board. The eligibility criteria for the top BSc courses at SRHU are tabulated below:

SRHU BSc admission for most BSc specialisations is merit-based. The university admits students to various BSc specialisations (except BSc in Nursing) based on their Class 12 merit, provided they meet the preset eligibility criteria. Students may be called for counselling before final admission to some specialisations. For a BSc in Yoga Science & Holistic Health, students will have to undergo a medical examination to establish their fitness for the course. For BSc in Nursing, SRHU conducts the Nursing Entrance Exam (NEE) in the offline mode. The exam consists of 100 MCQs based on topics including Aptitude for Nursing, PCB (Class 12) and English. Interested candidates can apply for admission to all the BSc specialisations through the university's official website. 

The BSc tuition fees SRHU range between INR 60,000 and INR 5.6 lakh for the entire course duration. The exact amount depends on the choice of specialisation. The university also provides a fee concession on the tuition fee to the Permanent Residents of Uttarakhand (PRU) category. However, the one-time fees inlcuded in the course curriculum are the same for All India Category and PRU category candidates. • The placement rate is 80% and the average package is around INR 4.5 LPA
• There is no placement support for BSc in Yoga Science & Holistic Health. 100% of students got internships in the university's Himalayan Hospital
• BSc (Nursing) students are placed in different organisations like Kailash hospital, Max Hospital, Himalayan Hospital, etc.

Himalayan Institute of Medical Sciences, Swami Rama Himalayan University Uttarakhand admission is based on NEET UG, NEET SS, Uttarakhand NEET exams. The institute releases the cutoff lists separately for these exams, for admisison to various courses. For instance, for MBBS admission, the exams accepted are NEET and Uttarakhand NEET. 

Himalayan Institute of Medical Sciences, Swami Rama Himalayan University Uttarakhand cutoff 2024 was released for candidates seeking admission to the MBBS course. The cutoff was released on the basis of NEET and Uttarakhand NEET. As per the UTtarakhand NEET cutoff 2024, the cutoff rank for the General All India category was 341221. For the General Home State categiry candidates, the cutoff was closed at 192476.
