A fun and practical learning experience.

Placements: One good thing about studying at TERI school of advanced studies besides practical knowledge is their placements. Every year, all the students are placed either in Ph.D. from a reputed institution or are offered a decent package, depending on the requirement of the student. Last semester is dedicated to major project which each and every student has to undertake, wherein they intern under Ph.D. student to gain practical knowledge and technical knowledge.

Infrastructure: Labs are fully equipped with the latest instruments and devices and provide an atmosphere for learning. All the bills necessary for each semester are stocked in the library, either in print or turnpage format. Even if any book is missing or is not available, the staff ensures that it becomes available for the students. Food in cafeteria is affordable and tasty.

Faculty: All teachers have a minimum of Ph.D. qualification and make learning easy and fun at the same time. They generate an inquisitive mindset in each and ever students mind. Moreover the teachers are willing to help students whenever student asks, sometimes even at odd hours. The course curriculum is relevant and up to date with current requirements of the industry. Semester exams are based on practical application of theoretical knowledge gained thus far in the course.

Other: I chose this course in TERI school of advanced studies because the practical knowledge imparted here is the best in biotechnology field.

Immensely satisfied with the faculty. They would push your limits and will give you tips.

Placements: Placements are good. Companies come like Zydus etc. Teachers would also recommend you okay. Research labs. They will also guide you on how to give interviews you have separate classes of personality development and how to write research paper. Teachers also recommend you to pursue Ph.D. from abroad as they will help you in doing so.

Infrastructure: Library is connected to various bother library's in Delhi u get all the latest books and magazines. Classrooms have centrally conditioned AC. Projectors are used in class room. Talking about the labs they are well-equipped with modern biotechnology instruments.

Faculty: Teachers are extremely qualified. Quality of knowledge is infinite. Practical approach of teaching is favoured. Student to faculty ratio 10:7. The course curriculum is so designed such that u can touch each and every aspect of biotechnology. Industrial visits are also organised. The course curriculum also consisted of IPR so that students who are interested in patents related work can gain knowledge.

Other: Many events like department specific events which will help you gain more knowledge.

Only Good for study perspective.

Placements: Placement wise it's not good but if you are come for learning and enhance you skills and communication then you are welcome in biotechnology placements are not available but in other department like ESRM and sustainable development, MBA 6 to 7 LPA is average .

Infrastructure: Hostel faculty available for girls not for boys about 18000 monthly with food but I personally prefer you can find out good hostel near vasant kunj and the campus is fully Wi-Fi with good lab by DBT and small library, AC classroom with master class projector .

Faculty: Exam pattern Facility intention and learning experience is master class because most of the faculty are professional scientific with great experience and exam pattern is little harder 2 minor and one major in ever semester and I case of biotechnology lot of opportunities provided by college such as GLP and DBT and other .

Other: Best thick about the course is it provide knowledge about good laboratory practice and if you want become molecular biologist, and other related field and also if you preparing for JRF then you can definitely join biotechnology .
