SPPU Pune offers BSc in various specialisations. Admission to BSc is conducted through merit and (Online Entrance Exam) OEE. The course duration is 3 years and the tuition fees ranges from INR 7.9 K to INR 6 Lakh. Moreover, the eligibility criteria includes Class 12 qualification with a minimum aggregate of 35%.

ISC among others, where the admission process is completely based on merit in the previous qualifying exam (Class 12 for UG admission and UG degree for PG admission). Thus, students will not be able to get direct admissions to Pune University.

Savitribai Phule Pune University  (also known as UNIPUNE, Pune University and SPPU), is a collegiate public state university. The University is located at Pune, was established in 1949 through Poona University Act and is one of the premier universities in India. Recognised by UGC, it is popularly known as the 'Oxford of the East'. The University is accredited ‘A’ grade by NAAC. UniPune is not very difficult to get admission. Students should qualify the minimum eligibility criteria. Pune University offers admission basis merit and entrance wherein students must secure minimum marks in Class 12 or graduation, depending on the level of course opted.
