Good education and labs, but lacks discipline and proper classrooms, especially for biotechnology.
Placements: 80% of students got placements. The highest package is 7-8 LPA, and the lowest package is 3-4 LPA. Serum Institute, Reliance Life Sciences, Jain Irrigation, TCS, Persistent Systems, Lupin Biotech, Genome Biotech, Evolvus, Optra Systems, and Praj Industries are the top companies where the college offers placements, and above 60-70% of students get internships according to their skills.
Infrastructure: The department labs are good, but the classrooms need improvement because they are shared by every faculty's students according to timing. We have to wait for them to leave the class, often standing outside for hours. The hostel is good but not worth the expensive cost, and the mess is not satisfactory. Facilities for sports are good.
Faculty: Teachers are really supportive and qualified. They guide us properly for exams and help us prepare. Exams are very strict, and no cheating is allowed. It is an autonomous college, with internal marks based on tests and assignments, and external marks based on university exams.
Other: Biotechnology is the future for the upcoming generation, and it is a great experience to learn about the smallest yet valuable things around us. The campus is not very good; there are no fun activities like events or fests, and no one takes an interest in anything.

Overall good college with supportive faculty .
Placements: Placement offers are good for this course. If you score relatively good as compared to others, you are guaranteed to be placed. About 70% of students were placed at pharmaceutical companies. The highest package received at Cipla was around 18 Lacs while the lowest can be upto 6 Lacs.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is fairly okay. The laboratories are well developed with the required equipments. The new classrooms are good, but the state of old classrooms are poor. Library holds a good amount of books on all topics. Wi-Fi connectivity is not accessible for students.
Faculty: The faculty at this college is extremely supportive. They conduct regular lectures and are always available to help at any time. The course curriculum is fairly easy and scoring good marks doesn't take much work. The semester exams are intermediate level.

Review of M.E.S. Abasaheb Garware College (MESAGC).
Placements: About 70% of students were placed during my batch in my course. The packages offered in my course are average. The two top recruiting companies were Pipal Tree Service and Seven Consultancy Services. Placements were good enough, as 50-60%students were placed from college. The top roles offered in my course were lab technician, biochemist etc.
Infrastructure: The facilities were good enough compared to other colleges. It has well-developed classrooms, libraries, and projectors. The food quality in the canteen was average. Sports and games in the college were at their best. Sports teachers are well educated to train us, and good quality facilities are available. Every teacher is frank with students to clear their doubts. The college ground is good and well developed to play every game including cricket, football, kabaddi, volleyball etc.
Faculty: The teachers in our college were well-experienced and qualified with extra knowledge, and the teaching quality was good. It makes students good enough and ready for further activities. The difficulty level of semester exams was average. The pass percentage was 50% for open category, and it was 45% for SC and ST candidates.
Other: My family members encouraged me to take B.Sc. in biotechnology, thinking it has a good scope in the future. There is nothing to improve the course as it is perfect for us to study. Events, crowd and campus are good and well-developed.

M.E.S. Abasaheb Garware College is a good college for studying.
Placements: Our college doesn't provide placements. Most of the students take admission for M.Sc or study for government exams or find jobs by themselves. Some students also opt for higher studies like a PhD. The college does not provide internship opportunities.
Infrastructure: Our college provides a football court. A playground is available for students. The library has about 10,000 books. The canteen is clean and hygienic. Well-maintained garden and fountain make the campus more beautiful. Classrooms are huge, but it needs a little renovation. The hostel facility is available.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are highly qualified and skilled. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. Some of the teachers are PhD holders. Their teaching quality is good. The course curriculum is appropriate, and it makes the students discipline and industry-ready.
Other: The college is in the prime location. Many events are organised at the college. The campus crowd is average.

There is good infrastructure, and not much friendly staff.
Placements: There is a separate placement cell in the college which is good. Every year, many reputed companies come to this college. The highest salary offered is around Rs. 25,000 per month for the students having the bachelor's degree, and minimum salary offered is around Rs. 17,000 per month. Teachers help in placements.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good. This college is one of the oldest colleges in Pune. Well-maintained labs are available. The classrooms need improvement. The big ground is available. Well maintained garden and fountain make college more beautiful. The main building is one of the oldest buildings, which is beautiful.
Faculty: When you attend lectures, all the teachers will be helpful. As this college is NAAC 2019 graded college, it has highly qualified staff. The teaching quality is good. They teach on the blackboard as well as on projector. We got industry exposure. Teachers also arrange field visits.
