Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharma.) - Batch of 2026
2.4
Faculty and facilities provided are mid and not too bad, not too good. Crowd is okay.
Placements: Most of the students go for a Master's. Sales roles are usually offered. Top companies include Abbott and TCS. TCS offers core pharma roles like RA, clinical research, and Pharmacovigilance. The package offered is around 2 LPA-3LPA for sales. Medical underwriting roles for insurance and other companies are also offered.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available. Classrooms, libraries, and laboratories are usable. The canteen is small, food is okay. Washrooms' hygiene is not so good. The auditorium is huge but old-fashioned. No hostel facilities are available. Sports and game facilities are not that good.
Faculty: Faculty members are experienced for the most part. Earlier, the college had excellent professors, but they left, I don't know much about the new ones, some of the old staff is there. Course curriculum is outdated, very theoretical, not that industry-oriented. Students need to learn skills outside of the course curriculum to be employable. Semester exams are by Mumbai University. Difficulty level varies. You need above 50/100 to pass, includes internals (25 marks) and a theory exam (75 marks).
Other: Fests do happen, and it's fun.

Internships are offered to college students' in Pharma companies like Glumex Pharma, Sun Pharma, etc. Our course offers roles like QC, QA, Packaging, Production, etc.
Infrastructure: Our college has well-maintained and well-equipped labs and a library with pharmacy books. Mess and canteen have good food facilities. Hostels are well-maintained and all facilities are available with proper hygiene and security. They provide medical services.
Faculty: Our college faculty are very supportive and helpful with good teaching skills. They conduct lectures and practical practice. Our semester exam is conducted by Mumbai University in a very strict manner and 75 percent attendance is mandatory. Our college pass percentage is 85 percent.
Other: This is my last year. I don't want to leave this college. My parents forced me to choose this course and college. I am happy that I chose it.

BCP is indeed one of the prestigious colleges for studying pharmaceutical sciences in Mumbai.
Placements: Placement isn’t that great I would say because post-lockdown the placement rate has become near to negligible now. Although there are few referrals for M.Pharm, for B.Pharm it is rare. But since BCP has a great brand value and name, things can definitely change.
Infrastructure: Everything that assists students for their education and learning is provided, such as free Wi-Fi access, a library, as well as project support. Reference books and their latest editions are always available in the library to read and can also be issued to home for people who cannot wait in college.
Faculty: Faculty and exams are top-notch. Too difficult exam paper questions! As the college is autonomous, its syllabus and exam set question papers are all decided by the college faculty members and HOD themselves, making it difficult for the students. But if the pupil is regular and attends all lectures, things move smoothly.

Absolutely satisfied with the college. Facilities and infrastructure make it feel real.
Placements: The placements of my college, that is MET Institute of Pharmacy, are good, it's more than most of the colleges in Mumbai. The highest package is 25 LPA, and the lowest is around 4.5 LPA, with an average of 6-7 LPA. Top recruiting companies for B.Pharma include Cipla, Sun Pharma, etc.
Infrastructure: Classrooms and labs are very well-equipped. Canteen food is delicious and budget-friendly. There is a library where you can study peacefully. There is a music room where you can sing or listen to music. You can play various games like Chess, Carrom, Table tennis, etc.
Faculty: Faculty of MET Institute of Pharmacy is very good. Mos teachers are seniors, which means that they are very experienced and knowledgeable, which is a plus point. Students can learn not only about the academic but also about the various morals that can help them sustain in their lives. The semesters are not too difficult. Students are just supposed to learn what teachers teach, and that's the maximum you can do for your preparation for the semester.
Other: The events and the fests are very well organized by the committee. The college supports extracurricular activities. In short, the college is worth the fees, both academically and in social life.

B.A.M.S. at Ideal College of Ayurveda.
Placements: Placements are not assured, as it is a medical field. You have to search for yourself. An internship is provided in the college itself. You get the best experience of practical knowledge that you need most in every possible way. You find improvement in yourself.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good. The canteen, mess, and gym make it a very nice campus in many ways. The canteen does not have many options, but you are okay with the options available. Wi-Fi is available in the hostel as well as in the college in some places. Improvement is visible.
Faculty: Faculty is helpful. You are heard here, and all your problems are solved. The staff, along with faculty is very cooperative in every possible way. The exams are fair enough to check your capability.
Other: Extra-curricular activities are very nicely celebrated.

Absolutely satisfying because of the faculty and good placement.

Top recruiting companies included Cipla, Sun Pharma, Lupin, Wockhardt, and Dr Reddy's Laboratories. Infrastructure: The library, lab, and transportation have a big and good campus. The department has well-equipped labs, smart classrooms, Wi-Fi, and a rich library that support quality learning and research. Hostel facilities are clean and secure, with good food, medical aid, and sports amenities ensuring student comfort and well-being.
Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified, supportive, and deliver excellent, industry-oriented teaching. Semester exams are moderately difficult, with a pass percentage of about 90-95%. It is the best college for the pharmacy.
Placements: The placements are available at this college, but not for higher packages. All students will get placements, and I suggest pursuing a Doctor of Pharmacy to secure a higher-paying job. Alternatively, you can start your own medical venture, which is also a good option.
Infrastructure: The college's infrastructure is good, with Wi-Fi available. The classrooms are clean and well-maintained, and the library is also good. The quality of food in the canteen is excellent, but the prices are high outside the college.
Faculty: Teachers are cooperative and they are very knowledgeable. They are the inspirations for me. They conduct two semesters per year.
Other: They conduct an annual fest in the college which is grand. I have participated and enjoyed it.
