The environment of this university is too good. Good to go for MCA if ranking. School of Computing.

Placements: The campus of Uttaranchal School of Computing Science provides one of the best placements. I think they are providing placements for students in classes 2 to 3 years. A lot of companies come around every year; about 200 to 250 companies come to campus. The management of Uttaranchal University is providing training for placement and placement assessment too.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is too good as usual. If you want to take admission, then infrastructure-wise, this is one of the most acceptable colleges in Dehradun. Campus life and the environment of study are too good. If you want to study here, I would surely recommend it, and according to me, this is one of the best colleges in Dehradun.

Faculty: The faculty of Uttaranchal University is great. Everyone is well-known as they have the ability to teach anyone. They will start everything from scratch and are able to teach everything from zero. If you want to study here, you can go for it. The HOD, dean, and academic director will come to teach because they are also teachers, and they know how to communicate with others.

Placements: Around 20 to 40 percent of students get placed in my university from the B.Sc. (Hons.) in Agriculture course. The highest package offered ranges from 7-8 LPA. The average package offered ranges from4-5 LPA. The lowest package offered is 2 LPA. Top companies like IFFCO, Coromandel International, UPL Limited, Agronomists Seed Technologies, etc., hire students.

Infrastructure: Facilities available in my course are smart classrooms and a full Wi-Fi facility. We have labs and farms, which are very good. The quality of the mess food is a little bit concerning, but it is hygienic.

Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified and helpful with doubts and for career help. The course curriculum is relevant, and it makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are not very difficult for students who study. It is difficult for students who do not study. They provide a presentation and video-style teaching, which is a mix of theory and practical knowledge.

Other: I have an interest in understanding farming techniques, crop production, and modern agricultural technologies, so I chose this course. The best thing is that it provides practical knowledge. Nothing should be improved as it is good. Events and fests organised in Uttranchal University are very good.

I am satisfied with joining this college.

Placements: In my university, around 60 to 70 percent of students get placed. The highest package offered ranges from 7-8 LPA. The average package offered ranges from 4-5 LPA. The lowest package offered is 2 LPA. Top companies like IFFCO, UPL Limited, etc., hire students.

Infrastructure: Our college provides facilities like smart classrooms, a good Wi-Fi network, labs, and farms for practical knowledge. I don't live in the hostel, but my friend often talks about the food, which is not good. It offers good sports.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful in my course. They are well qualified. I think the B.Sc. (Hons.) in Agriculture course is very good for students. It makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are not very difficult. If we don't study, then it will be difficult. They provide modern teaching by presentation and videos.

Other: I chose this course because I want to clear my IBPS exam and work as an agriculture officer. Nothing should be improved, and only some more labs should be added. A week of events and fests is the blue sprint of my college. It is very good.

Our college has good faculty, fest and extracurricular activities.

Placements: Approximately 90 percent of students get internships or placement from our college. Many companies come for the internship and placement drive here. The highest package in our course is about 54 LPA.

Infrastructure: There are many facilities provided in our college. There are labs, Wi-Fi, and many libraries for students to study. The quality of hostel rooms is very good, and the food quality is also good in the canteen or mess. There are also medical services provided.

Faculty: Faculty members of our college are very good. They are very coordinated and helpful. The curriculum of the course is very good, it makes a lot of interest in students to study. Semester exams are not very tough and are average for every student. Teaching quality is also good.

Other: I chose this course because I have an interest in it. There is no need for improvement, everything is good. Many festivals, sports, and extracurricular activities take place in college.

Amazing vibe, but not good for all.

Placements: We are still studying, but for seniors, placements are not that great. Most companies that come here are for sales and marketing. Real tech position jobs are mostly taken by B.Tech students, and BCA students are most likely to be placed in non-tech positions.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is just above average, but some things are not good. For example, Wi-Fi is very slow, and indoor mobile data coverage is also poor. The library is quite good, but if you want non-course-related books, it is hard to find them.

Faculty: The courses are partially outdated and partially relevant to current trends. In a way, they make students industry-ready but not completely. Teachers are knowledgeable, but it depends on students whether they can adapt to their teaching style. Some teachers have methods that are not easily adaptable for everyone.

Other: There are a few events on a regular basis. There is a good crowd as well. Although there is no scholarship system here, for the price you are paying, you are getting a good enough college.

Average college with average placements, will say decent private college.

Placements: The average number of students placed in my course. They say the highest package was 1 crore something, but it was from outside. The lowest is really low, like 3-4 LPA. The average is not fixed because getting placed in college itself is tough. Students get internships, although most of them are paid and partnered with the college.

Infrastructure: According to my classmates, the hostel and mess food are good, especially for the boys, but the girls' hostel is not good. There is no unity there, and food quality has degraded. Better to avoid the girls' hostel. Various facilities are provided by the campus, including Wi-Fi, gym, sports club, cafeteria, and medical facilities.

Faculty: The faculty is good and knowledgeable; some of them are decent. Overall, the teaching quality is good. Most of them have M.Sc. and PhDs, and are pursuing PhDs. The course curriculum is relevant according to 2025, and more new subjects will be added (heard from teachers). Students become industry-ready as long as they are willing to do it. Semester exams are moderately difficult as they should be, although the pass percentage varies according to years and semesters. In the first semester, it was quite low.

Other: B.Tech in Computer Science is an emerging course with lots of opportunities in the near future. There are various fields to choose from here. Many events are organized throughout the year. They are of different types, including technical, non-technical, awareness, seminars, international conferences, etc.

It is excellent as it helps us achieve our dreams.

Placements: Students are placed in various companies such as Wipro, Deloitte, HCL, Tech Mahindra, TCS, and many more. The highest package is 1.24 crores, the lowest package is 2.4 LPA, and the average package is 4 LPA. About 55% of students get internships at companies like Codetech and Wipro. The top roles offered in my course are web developer, app developer, and cybersecurity.

Infrastructure: All facilities are available in classrooms and laboratories, including lab assistants, good Wi-Fi, and a neat and clean environment. The campus is very clean. In the hostel, all basic facilities are provided, such as a table, an almirah, a shoe rack, a chair, a fan, a water cooler, and a geyser. The food quality in the mess is good, but sometimes it is not that good. Medical facilities are available 24/7 as there is a hospital on the campus. Sports are held 2–3 times a year.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and supportive. Their way of teaching is good and very friendly. The course curriculum is very relevant and helps students face problems in their domain. Semester exams are not very difficult and are of a moderate level. The pass percentage is 40%.

Other: I chose this course because I want to build my career in the IT sector and prepare for the SSB Tech entry. There are many events held on campus. It includes Tech Fest, Diwali Fest, Management Fest, and the main annual fest.

Really good infrastructure, but the fees are a little bit on the higher side, education is good.

Placements: If you work beyond average, you can get a package. The average 4 to 5 LPA you can expect. Many companies visit the college. Mainly, job offers are on the marketing side. The highest package they claim in BBA is 10 LPA, and the average is 4 to 5 LPA. 70 to 80 per cent of students get internships.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is on top-notch, no compromises with this. All facilities are available, like Wi-Fi campus, green campus, each library for each department, canteen food is at a reasonable price, sports available, games available in the hostel, and Wi-Fi speed is a little slow.

Faculty: Teachers are knowledgeable. The course curriculum is also relevant and industry-integrated. All teachers are good-natured, and they are helpful in nature. If you attend the classes regularly, you can easily pass the semester exam, this is not so tough.

Other: Events are fabulous. The weather conditions are good. You see mountains, greenery.
