The students who opted for Visva Bharati University and qualified in CUET have to register on the university's CUET admission portal. It is necessary to register on the portal after the CUET result declaration. Visva Bharati University offers a range of undergraduate courses in Arts, Science, Commerce, and other disciplines. The duration of most of the UG courses is three years. Admission to these courses is merit-based. At the doctoral level, Visva Bharati University offers a PhD programme via 44 departments in more than 80 specialisations. Students with acceptable scores in UGC NET (including JRF)/CSIR NET (including JRF)/ SLET/ GATE/ teacher fellowship holder or who have passed MPhil at Visva Bharati are not mandated to give the entrance test for the PhD course.
