The first year journey up to now was good. Looking forward and excited for the remaining journey.
Placements: The placements in VIT are pretty good. Skills and a good resume help us to secure a job. Top recruiters are Amazon, Morgan Stanley, Wipro, TCS, and Infosys. Almost 70-80% of the students get placed. Top roles offered are web designer, software developer, and data analyst.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure and facilities of the lab and classrooms are organised very well. I am a day scholar, and the library is very useful. Every student is given separate Wi-Fi credentials. The cost of some items in the canteen is very high. Labs are maintained perfectly.
Faculty: The curriculum in VIT is totally different. We have a system called FFCS (Fully Flexible Credit System) where we can choose faculty on our own and prepare our own timetable according to our convenience. I liked this system very much. Exams in VIT are somewhat tough.

I am absolutely satisfied with this college.
Placements: Almost 90% of the students were placed with good packages. Internships of almost 15 LPA are getting bagged by our seniors. There are many companies that are recruiting for high packages, and many are getting super dream packages. M.Tech students are grabbing nice packages.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure are the best here. 24/7 Wi-Fi and well-equipped labs are available. And every classroom is equipped with a projector and also has a library. The quality of food in the mess is very good and meets our expectations. There is also a health centre for emergencies.
Faculty: Faculty members here are well qualified and knowledgeable. And explain everything clearly. Exams are not that tough. If you prepare well enough, you can score more than 9 CGPA. This is an FFCS system type of curriculum that enables students to select their timing and faculty.
Other: I chose this course because it is the future. The university is still under construction. Some of the hostel buildings are being constructed. The campus is amazing.

Placements: I am a student of the Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AIML) programme, Batch 2024, currently in my 3rd semester. The course focuses on core concepts of AI, ML, and related technologies, covering subjects such as data structures, machine learning algorithms, and programming fundamentals.
Infrastructure: The Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AIML) department has modern infrastructure. It includes fully furnished computer laboratories with high-performance systems, high-speed internet connectivity, smart classrooms, and access to specialized AI/ML software tools. The campus also provides a well-stocked library, seminar halls, and collaborative learning spaces to support academic and research activities. The hostel facilities offer well-maintained rooms, reliable Wi-Fi, 24/7 security, and amenities such as a common study hall, recreation areas, and hygienic dining services. These facilities ensure a comfortable and conducive environment for both academic and personal growth.
Faculty: The AIML department has a team of qualified and experienced faculty members. They specialize in areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, and Software Engineering. Faculty members actively engage students through interactive teaching, hands-on projects, and research guidance. The curriculum is designed to provide both theoretical knowledge and practical skills. One of the best universities in Andhra Pradesh with very well structured campus.
Placements: Mostly 50% of students are studying in my course. Some of the top companies that came to recruit are Amazon, Tata, Infosys, and Google. Minimum 40% of students got internships in different companies like Accenture, HCL Tech, etc. The highest package is 24,90,188 per annum and the lowest is 1,40,000 per annum.
Infrastructure: Facilities are very good on our campus. Classrooms are very well structured with projector support for every class. Wi-Fi connection on campus is very strong and a large library setup is available. The quality of food in mess and canteen is very healthy and hygienic. Gym and sports grounds are available.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and they can clarify the doubts of students in a gentle manner. Teaching quality is great and mostly teachers working here are very well-talented. The exams in the semester are difficult based on the paper designer. Faculty members create question papers on the basis of student's knowledge so that it helps to work hard for students. Pass percentage is based on absolute grading.
Other: I am more interested in this course. The best thing about this course is that total course is connected with artificial intelligence and it can help in the future. Coming to events right now in our college a great event called Vitopia is conducting on my campus. In my personal opinion, everything is okay in my course and no need to improve anything.

The truth you could find about VIT Andhra Pradesh. Trust the process and do not question.
Placements: As far as we were told, around 19,000 students were placed last year, which was around 90%. Around 150 companies visit the campus, including Wells Fargo, TCS, Accenture, and many more. The important thing that has to be noted is that we need to do AWS certification and a few others to get placed, because of the huge competition to filter people.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is slow all the time. The college is completely without AC, except in labs, which don't work sometimes. The food is good, but the prices have skyrocketed. I don't trust the food from our food street, and I get sick after eating there. The library is the best part, it has AC, space, Wi-Fi, and access to international journals.
Faculty: The course is relevant, which is good. The faculty members are also really good, but not all. The exams are getting harder and harder. We have to study from GATE Smashers mostly, I could say. The pass percentage may have dropped a little, but not too less. The teachers sometimes seem to have been reading the notes.
Other: You can find a lot of things to try, like watching construction going on the way, and how the relationships progress. When it comes to courses, they are good and updated from time to time.
