The course fee of the BTech programme offered at VIT Amaravati ranges between INR 4.9 Lacs and INR 7.8 lakh. The university offers a wide range of courses to students at UG, PG, and PhD levels. The university is mainly concerned with streams such as Engineering, Business and Management,  Law, Humanities,  Science, etc. At the UG level, the university offers a 4-year full-time BTech programme across several specialisations such as Computer Science Engineering, Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning, Cyber Security, etc. At the PG level, the college offers an MTech programme in the full-time mode for 2 years.

The Vellore Institute of Technology (AP)'s flagship programme is BTech. VIT Amaravati provides full-time BTech programmes in three specialisations: computer science, electronics and communication, and mechanical.
