Decent culture, you can take admission, but always choose NIT over VIT.
Placements: Top recruiters are Google, Microsoft, Deloitte, etc. Approximately 85-90% of students from the CSE course were placed. Around 65-70% of students received internships. Major internship providers included Amazon, Deloitte, TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant, and several startups through CDC and off-campus opportunities. Students with a decided CGPA can sit in interviews; this is only a side effect of the college.
Infrastructure: VIT-Andhra Pradesh University has good infrastructure, smart classrooms, and modern labs, but some of the equipment is not working, and the lab attendants are not good. The canteen is decent, not everything is found in the canteen, but the most important stuff can be bought. Sports and games are above average, including basketball, cricket, etc.
Faculty: Some faculty are good, and some are not, but you have the flexibility to choose your faculty and the time of classes. GPA is defined on the basis of class average, and the syllabus is updated every 2 years. Coding is also taught from the first semester, so students can increase their thinking ability.
Other: Connectivity is average, so if you are a newbie, you may face a little bit of difficulty. Everything else is good, no ragging faced by anyone.

Excellent college in Andhra Pradesh with good faculty and placement record.
Placements: 70 percent to 80 percent of students are placed in my college. The highest package is 1 CPA, and the lowest is 3 LPA, and average is 14 LPA. Microsoft, Google, Intel, Amazon, and Infosys are top recruiting companies of my course. 40 to 40 percent of students of my course get internships, and the companies are Microsoft, Google, Delhi, and NVIDIA. Software development engineer (SDE), machine learning engineer, data engineer, and software test engineer are the top roles offered in my course.
Infrastructure: We have 3 blocks: AB1, AB2, and CB. Each block has classes of capacity 70 with around 35 tables, 2 students per table are to be seated on the chair. AB1 and AB2 have libraries with centralized AC. All 3 blocks have Wi-Fi facility on every floor, and we have computer labs with centralized AC and computer systems, and Physics labs, Chemistry labs.
Faculty: Almost all the lecturers had done their Ph.D. in either NITs or IITs and of course they are knowledgeable, and they are helpful. The course curriculum is somewhat relevant and makes us industry ready. The semester exams are moderate to tough level, and the pass percentage will be around 85.
Other: I want to become a software engineer, so I have taken this course. The best thing is that we have options to select which subject to take during our course registration as we belong to core. I would suggest to increase seats for AI/ML as it is in trend now. We have multiple activities which will be held by several clubs.

Absolutely satisfied with the good placement records and facilities provided by the college.
Placements: The placement percentage is increasing per year, with the recent graduated batch placement percentage noted at 70 percent. The highest package is around 35 LPA, and the average package is 6 to 7 LPA. Top recruiting companies like Amazon, Dell, and Microsoft visit the campus to hire students.
Infrastructure: Here at present, we have 6 men's hostel blocks, 4 ladies' hostel blocks and 3 academic blocks, but it is still under construction. After the completion, it is superb, and all labs and the library are controlled with air conditioning. Food quality is between average and good. The taste of the food varies with every block, but the menu remains the same. We have a 24/7 medical facility here.
Faculty: Faculty is very helpful, and they are very friendly with the students, but the quality of teaching varies with every faculty, it is common in every college. The curriculum of this college is different from that of other colleges in Andhra Pradesh, so we have to consider that point. Regarding difficulty, it varies, sometimes we feel it is difficult and sometimes moderate.

Absolutely satisfied with the facilities and their records.
Placements: Almost 70 to 80 percent of the students are placed at the end of the course. The highest and average package varies every year, but in the recent batch, the highest package recorded was 34 LPA, and the average package is between 6 and 7 LPA. Top recruiting companies like Amazon, Microsoft, IBM, and TCS visit the campus to hire students.
Infrastructure: This will be the best college in Andhra Pradesh in terms of infrastructure if it completes the total infrastructure and all labs and libraries are well maintained with air conditioning. The quality and taste of the food in some blocks are top-notch, whereas in other blocks it is not as good due to the different blocks having different caterers. We also have a 24/7 ambulance service.
Faculty: The professors who teach in this college are very knowledgeable, and they are very friendly with the students. However, some of them are not as friendly due to personal issues. The curriculum of the college is useful for future purposes, and you can adjust your own timetable. The difficulty of the exams varies with the semester and slot-wise.

Worth for money, and the campus is really satisfying with a beautiful environment.
Placements: Nearly 75 percent of students are placed in campus drives. The highest package is nearly 30 LPA CTC, and the average package is 7 LPA. I think the top companies that visit my campus are Infosys, Oracle, etc. AI and ML are in-demand courses at VIT Andhra Pradesh, and better internships are provided by the college.
Infrastructure: My college environment is very pleasant, and the campus is very interesting to visit. Coming to facilities, a gym is provided for college hostels for free. There are no restrictions on gender interaction, and everyone is treated equally in the college. There are no restrictions like wearing a particular uniform.
Faculty: Our faculty are skilled and trained. All are professors. My mid exams were really useful to crack a better CGPA in end-semester exams. Exams are conducted strictly by our management, and there is no chance of question paper leakage or malpractice.
Other: Regarding events, all are okay, but they are very impactful and very delightful, especially during night events.

    From the recent years, to get into VIT AP for a Computer Science and Engineering (Artificial Intelligence) course, you need to write the entrance exam for VIT (VITEE). Candidate must obtain a rank below 60,000, to get a CSE AI Course.

    You should get around 85 or more marks to get CSE at VIT Vellore and 65-70 would be more than enough to get IT Branch. The VIT cutoff rank (and marks out of 120) for CSE and IT is around Rank-840 (Marks-96.6).

    Vellore Institute of Technology is a private deemed university. It has four campuses, located at Vellore, Chennai, AP-Amravati, and Bhopal.
