Vellore institute of technology, Amravati.
Placements: In my college, there are 30 percent of the students in ECE only. The highest package offered is 50LPA and the lowest package offered is 5LPA. There are so many companies offering jobs for only 3 years only. My seniors have been told that they got jobs before the completion of their engineering. Top companies near Andhra Pradesh state are offering. 30 out of 100 members are getting campus placement.
Infrastructure: We have so many facilities that we can choose our timetable and select our faculty. We have Wi-Fi available. We have so many Chemistry labs, Physics labs, and computer labs. They are well equipped. We have a big library with full AC. We have a hostel facility available for long distance students, and the hostel food is very good. We have chicken four times a week, and the food is very hygienic. We have a medical clinic and sports available at any time we can play.
Faculty: Teachers are very professional in their teaching. They came to class to teach their subject. If we have any doubts, we can go to their cabins in their free time. We have a separate mentor allotted to every student. I really like this course very much. This is relevant to industries as well as software companies. We have two mid exams and one semester for half a year. So, a total of 4 mid and 2 sem exams for a year. Its not very difficult.

Good faculty and infrastructure, improving yearly, best peers, and fantastic campus life.
Placements: The college has really good placements for the CS department. The highest package this year is nearly 54 CTC. Many multinational companies, such as IBM and Chubb, participate in the placement process. The placement percentage is high, and a wide variety of companies visit the campus. Overall, the placements are very good.
Infrastructure: The lab facilities are excellent. You can have your own clinic room for your project if it meets the required standards. College equipment is available for project use. The library is well-stocked with a variety of books and journals. You can request a book or journal you need, and if it is deemed helpful, the college will stock it promptly.
Faculty: You have the ability to select the faculty of your choice. The exams are quite tough, and you need to put in effort to clear them. The curriculum is well-updated, and faculty members are great. There are different types of exams, with the open-book exam being the hardest. Even though you can use a book, the questions still feel challenging.
Other: There are events almost every week and plenty of clubs, both technical and cultural. Overall, the campus life is great.

Review of VIT Andhra Pradesh University by a VIT Andhra Pradesh student.
Placements: The percentage of students placed in the college is high with more than 60 to 70 out of 100 students getting placed with good packages. The highest package is 44 LPA for the year 2024 and this year's placement data is yet to be finalized. The average package ranges from 9 LPA to 12 LPA while the lowest package is between 5 LPA to 6 LPA. I am from an ECE background so core companies like quantum-related companies are hiring. Around 80 percent to 90 percent of students get internships based on their skills. The top roles offered in my course are VLSI Design Engineer and Chip Making Engineer.
Infrastructure: The faculty is good, and they explain concepts multiple times in a detailed manner. The infrastructure is excellent, and the labs are also very well-equipped. Everything is quite good and decent. In the hostel, we have 24/7 security nd strict rules, and we also enjoy various hostel events. The food is good, with a focus on hygiene and quality. The canteen also provides quality food. We have a clinic on campus, open 24/7, with a doctor and nurse available. Additionally, there is a sports stadium with qualified coaches.
Faculty: All the teachers at our university are highly qualified, with many having completed their PhDs from top IITs. They have strong knowledge and provide quality teaching. The course curriculum is relevant and prepares students to be industry-ready for their future careers. The exams in the college are difficult, with knowledge-based questions that require students to think deeply, and no direct questions are asked. The pass percentage is also good.
Other: Because I have a strong interest in Electronics and Communication Engineering, I choose this stream. I am learning new things in this course, and the content is great. I believe the infrastructure and labs for ECE students are very good. Our college organizes many events and fests to enhance students' talents. There are numerous events and clubs in our college, both technical and non-technical.

I'm so satisfied with the college because of the placements in 2024.
Placements: Almost all the students in our college get placed in our college and average package offered in our course is 13-18 LPA. Almost all the students in our course get summer internships in various fields and companies like PayPal, IBM, Wipro, etc., and also from Google and Microsoft.
Infrastructure: We all have good infrastructure and good hostel facilities. We also have the best Wi-Fi facilities, AC in labs, and good book availability in the library. We have vegetarian, non-vegetarian, and special mess in our hostels, 24/7 medical facilities, and good facilities for sports and games.
Faculty: All the teachers and lectures are well experienced and teach very well; they help us in our all-round development. They help us in various fields for our development. Our exam papers are developed in such a way that we will be able to cover all the topics from easy to hard level.
Other: We all have a beautiful campus life where we have events every week and also have 2 major fests in our college.

Really good infrastructure and facilities, moderate placements in 2024.
Placements: The college is pretty silent about its placements. No body knows the exact placement status of the college but around 900 companies visit for campus placements every year. This year (2023-24), companies are undergoing recession due to which the placement is down (around 46% got placed which was more than 90% in the past year), but it is still better than other tier-3 colleges. Companies like IBM, Micron, Microchip, Qualcomm and some other semiconductor startups are the main recruiters for ECE students in this college. The highest package was from CSE (around 33 LPA), average was around 6 LPA and the lowest was around 3.3 LPA (offered by TCS). .
Infrastructure: Ample facilities are available in the college. The hostel Wi-Fi is relatively fast considering more than 1500 gadgets are connected to it. The Laboratories use advanced technologies and updated software. The library is good considering that it is a new college. A new central Library is under construction as of now. The mess quality is very bad (especially for north-Indians). It's not unhealthy but rather tasteless to say the least. There are facilities for various outdoor and indoor activities and sports like table tennis, cricket, squash etc. There is a medical center in AB-1 block but the amenities available there are rather limited.
Faculty: Most of the faculty are very good. Almost all of them have done their doctorate from renowned institutions like iits and nits. They teach really well and make concepts easy to understand. The course curriculum is very rigorous, and they change it every year to keep up with the changing technology. I think it does make the students industry ready. There are 3 exams per semester - CAT-1, CAT-2 and FAT. Thus, there is pressure on the students the entire semester. FAT exam is of 100 marks out of which you have to score 40 marks to pass. Around 55% students pass in all subjects in a semester.
Other: The College has 2 fests annually - VITOPIA and VITAPP. VITAPP is a technical fest in which students make their own technical innovation. Race, robomania and many other fun and exciting games were there during the events. VITOPIA is a cultural fest and the greatest event in our college. Many celebrities come in VITOPIA. There are music festivals, Dance, Fashion shows etc. VITOPIA is a 4 days fest. This year (2024) Samay Rain came for Comedy show. It was exceptional and phenomenal.

VIT conducts own entrance exam for B.Tech admission known as VITEEE 2022. So AP EAMCET scores will not be applicable here. So participate in APEAMCET counselling process for colleges accepting AP EAMCET scores for B.Tech admission.
