Veer Surendra Sai University of Technology was established in 1956 and was known as the University College of Engineering (UCE). Now it is also known as VSSUT and is located in Orissa. No, it is not possible to join VSSUT BURLA in electrical engineering with a rank of 225255.
The college VSSUT BURLA require much lower rank than this for the course electrical engineering.
You may check other colleges or lower branch than electrical engineering.

Sorryย to say but it not possible for you to take addmission of any branch of VSSUT. You might have a chance with lower-demand branches like Civil or Chemical Engineering, but it's not guaranteed. You should try to other colleges and universities if you want guidance about that message me.
