MMMUT is yet to release the placement report for BBA. However, the university has released the overall placement statistics. As per the MMMUT overall placement statistics for 2025,  the highest and average packages offered to students participating in the placement drive stood at INR 48 LPA and INR 7 LPA, respectively. Apart from tihs, over 100 recruiters participated in 2025 placements and offered over 900 jobs.

MMMUT Gorakhpur course admission is entrance-based. The university offer admission to the UG and PG courses on the basis of merit in CUET-UG and CUET-PG (Except for BTech and MTech), respectively. For the BTech course, aspirants need to have a valid JEE Main score. Additionally, for MTech, candidates are selected based on merit in GATE exam. Furthermore, aspirants of PhD programme, have to take the Malaviya Entrance Test (MET).

The eligibility criteria prescribed for BPharma admissions at MMMUT describe the conditions to be fulfilled. The total number of seats available for MMMUT Gorakhpur MCA course is 60. Candidates are admitted to the programme in accordance with the seat intake. The admission process designed by MMMUT for the BBA course starts with the application process. During this process, students are invited to fill out the application form and show their interest in joining the course. Moreover, it enquires about basic student details.
