Candidates aspiring to become a CS must appear for CSEET examination after 12th. As per the Shiksha poll on Which is the most challenging section of CSEET exam? Find the details below:
- Business Communication: 32%
- Current Affairs & Quantitative Aptitude: 32%
- Legal Aptitude & Logical Reasoning: 24%
- Economic & Business Environment: 12%
The above Shiksha poll indicates that Business Communication and Current Affairs & Quantitative Aptitude is considered the most challenging sections with 32% votes in each, followed by Legal Aptitude, while Economic & Business Environment is seen as relatively easier.

CSEET total score is 200 marks. As pr the CSEET exam pattern, the question paper is divided into four sections viz., Business Communication, Legal Aptitude and Logical Reasoning, Economic and Business Environment, and Current Affairs and Quantitative Aptitude. Each section will consist of 35 questions constituting of one or two marks each. There will be no negative marking for any wrong answer or not attempted question.

Candidates preparing for the CSEET exam in one month must be diligent and disciplined to ace the CS Executive entrance exam. The upcoming CSEET 2025 exam is scheduled on May 03, 2025. With a month left for the examination candidates will have to go through the following strategies to prepare for CSEET:

Candidates appearing for the CSEET exam must take the following precautions:
1. The webcam must be placed in front of the system.
2. Candidate's face must be fully framed.
3. Candidate's face must be in the center of the webcam and the eye focus and contact should be on screen only.
4. Candidates must make sure that there is enough light in the room.
5. Hair, clothes, or any other object must not cover the face.
6. Sunglasses will not be allowed to be worn.
7. Candidates must make sure that there is no other individual in the exam room.
8. Candidates will not be allowed any bio-breaks between the exam duration.
9. There must be no voices or noises in the background.
10. The exam must be taken in a safe exam browser with a full-screen window.
11. No other application must be used during the test.
Live proctors will watch the CSEET exam online. The process will be coducted as:
- Proctors will be able to chat with the exam taker in an active chat session.
- Proctors can also communicate with the test takers through a microphone or camera.
- During the exam, the activities of the candidate and screen will be captured frequently.
- Each session is finished either by the test taker, automatically after the end of the allotted time, or by the proctor. All audio, video, text messages and recorded events are saved in the system and are attached to the session protocol.
- At the end of the exam, the proctor will leave a remark (positive or negative) about the candidate. If there are no violations during the exam, then the proctor will mark the candidate positive.
