Yes, NIT Patna is a good option if you want to get admission in Engineering programmes. Since it is part of the NITs, it holds a certain prestige and reputation. School of Planning and Architecture, Vijayawada (SPAV) is a premier Centrally Funded Technical Institution (CFTI) directly under the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MoE), Government of India. It offers courses including B.Arch, B.Plan, M.Plan, M.Arch, and Ph.D². To apply for admission to SPAV, candidates should follow these steps:

Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University's annual hostel cost is INR 29,500. Mess and welfare fees are not included in the hostel fees. The fee for the mess is INR 36,000, while the cost of the welfare is INR 3,000. Candidates need to submit three demand drafts: one for hostel fees, one for mess charges, and one for welfare charges. Two hostels are maintained on campus for male students, and two are maintained for female students. There are more than 180 single-seat rooms in each hostel. Basic furnishings such as a cot, mattress, pillow, chair, table, cupboard, tube lamp, and fan are provided in each room. Mess facilities are available for residents in each hostel. Residents also have access to a common area, a gym, a reading room, and sports facilities. For the hostels, there is a provision for 24-hour water and electrical services.

Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda does offer scholarships.  The university offers merit and need-based scholarships to deserving students. DSW scholarship is offered to candidates with at least 50% aggregate in the last qualifying exam are eligible for a scholarship. Categories such as SC, ST, SEBC and EWS are bound to avail a scholarship under different scholarship schemes. The university also offers AICTE scholarships.

Yes, the admission to various courses at the UG and PG level don't require entrance exams. The eligibility criteria for courses such as BSc, BA, BCA requires passing class 12 with the minimum aggregate and subjects specific to the required course. Pandit Ravi Shankar University Raipur is one of the esteemed university which was established in 1964. The institute is accredited with A Grade by NAAC and approved by the AICTE.
