Internships In Sri Padmavati Mahila Visvavidyalayam

School of Engineering and Technology, SPMVV has come up with some skill development centres, especially for the Engineering students.

An internship is defined as a phase of work experience for a short span of time. There is no official announcement in the SPMVV that the internship for all the students is mandatory.

Students from Sri Padmavati Mahila Visvavidyalayam can go for three different types of Internships/Training Programs. They are:

  1. Within the University (University Level Internships/Training Programs).
  2. Outside the University (Internship in Private/Public Sectors).
  3. Internships/Training Programs in MNCs

- Dassault Systems: This deals with 3D (three-dimensional). Nowadays the physical environment is all about 3-dimensional and we are moving and surviving around 3D in our daily lives.

- Applied Robotics Control Lab: Robotics play a key role in automation these days. Through this, students are exposed to various new technologies including the ARC platform that combines ABB robot technology with computer/server infrastructure, industrial robots under remote control, etc.  

Q:   Who are the top recruiters of SPMVV?
A:

There are many recruiters and companies which come in Sri Padmavati Mahila Vishvavidyalay to recruit students, offer them opportunities and giving placements. Some of the top ones are Wipro, Cognizant and Accenture. There are other companies also which visit and offer a great opportunity to the students.

Q:   What was the highest package offered at SPMVV?
A:

The highest package offered in Sri Padmavati Mahila Vishvavidyalay is around 10 Lacs per annum. The other average packages are around 3-5 Lacs per annum. Although it is not that great, but still it is worth it. 

Comparative to other such universities, it is a good number. And the university is working hard to give its students much more better opportunities and placements so that they can Excel.

- SSIIE-TBI: SSIIE-TBI stands for SPMVV Society for Innovation Incubation Entrepreneurship – Technology Business Incubator. It is a type of internship/training program. SPMVV has tied up with the National Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Development Board (NSTEDB) and the Department of Science and Technology (DST).

Industrial Visits: As a part of an internship, Industrial visits are also organised by SPMVV. Some of the detailed statistics are mentioned below:
