For candidates belonging to the General AII India quota, the Madras Medical College MD cutoff 2022 was released across multiple specialisations. Considering the NEET PG last-round 2022 cutoff, Radio Diagnosis emerged as the most competitive specialisation with the lowest closing cutoff of 141. A few more in-demand MD specialisations were General Medicine and Dermatology, Venereology, and Leprosy in 2022. On the contrary, the easiest one to get into MMC, Chennai, was Microbiology, with first- and last-round closing ranks of 22200 and 80299, respectively. 

Madras Medical College Cutoff 2022 For OBC All India Category

Compared to the General All-India category students, the competition was less among the OBC students for admission to the MD and MS courses, as the closing cutoff ranks were less competitive. For the OBC category, the NEET PG cutoff 2022 ranged between 199 and 75212, of which the most desirable course was MD in Radiodiagnosis, followed by MD in Dermatology, Venereology and Leprosy. During the Madras Medical College ST category cutoff 2022, the last-round closing ranks ranged between 5854 and 59296. For the MD courses, the most desirable one was Radio Diagnosis, followed by Dermatology, Venereology and Leprosy. Taking the NEET PG last-round cutoff into consideration, MD in General Medicine was the most demanded course among the students belonging to the EWS category. MMC, Chennail NEET PG 2022 cutoff was released for MD in Community Medicine and MS in Orthopaedics courses. As per the last-round cutoff 2022, the closing rank for Community Medicine was 32513. For Orthopaedics, the first and last-round closing rank of 55932.
