From the age of 10, I found a computer as such an interesting thing that how it solves a problem and eases up a human task. I had this feeling that I should use that and make good out of it for society. In order to achieve that, I chose the Science field in Class 11. Because I really enjoyed the technical aspects, I thought that a career in engineering would be a good fit for me. Lastly, I enjoy problem-solving and love challenges, and I believed computer engineering would be challenging, but a rewarding course of study.

The more I learn about Computer Engineering and a broad range of career opportunities, the more excited I become towards my field. The reason why I chose this Indrashil University was that it has PhD faculties from premium institutes and Industry oriented research centres. The curriculum was rich in content. Keeping in view of all the possible courses that a student can go for after Graduation.

I cracked my admission into this college through ACPC merit which was calculated on the basis of GUJCET marks. They also accept scores of JEE mains. The entrance test which I gave were GUJCET, JEE mains and JEE advanced. For the preparation of exams, I had to undergo coaching classes which were quite helpful. I had an aim to go to IIT’s but unfortunately due to my less score in JEE advanced I was not able to. The other colleges which I tried for were the Nirma Institute of Technology, PDPU and DA-IICT. Since there is a lot of competition in this field your score has to be best. In the end, I am satisfied with the college I am currently in. It is an amazing experience to be part of it.

I spend my time playing with friends and attending classes. I try to attend all the classes and learn as much as possible in class. This has worked for me very well in programming classes. The classes which I like to attend are the programming classes, Mathematics and skills development. The college has a well-maintained canteen which serves hygienic and quality food and also is a free time place for many students. The library contains a vast variety of books and as it is part of the National digital library, so the choices are great.

Extracurriculars are a great way to participate in an activity you enjoy and meet new people, and keeping this is mind Indrashil University contains a wide range of activities and interests, from painting to science to helping the homeless and more. I’m currently part of tech club, sports club organising committee for Tech fest.

If given chance I want to be part in athletics which could be the relay race or a specified meter(m) run, and I would be part of debate team which more likely engages in issues of today, helps us to think critically on our feet. College, the beginning of a new chapter in my life which was filled with anticipation, some anxiety, and never-ending memoriesEntering college never changed me, what changed me is the experience I got from the peoples. I met a lot of peoples who gave me good positive experiences who supported me who taught me many things. Through this experience what I learned is never depend upon anyone it is you who builds you. Help those who are in need and never expect anything in return!
