Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya has released semester results for various Undergraduate and Postgraduate courses, such as BE, BTech, MCA, BPharma, BArch, MPharma, ME, MTech, Diploma, PhD, PharmaD, MArch, MBA, and BDes. Students who have taken the exams of these respective courses can check their results by visiting the official website of RGPV Bhopal and clicking on the Students tab on the homepage. After that, candidates can select the results icon, followed by selecting the course and entering the enrollment number to view the scorecard.

RGPV is recognised by the UGC and is accredited with an 'A' grade by the NAAC. It is also known as the State Technological University of Madhya Pradesh. The university offers Diploma, Undergraduate, Postgraduate, and PhD courses. RGPV course admission is based on various entrance exams, such as CMAT, JEE Main, GATE, NEET, etc. The university conducts course exams in a semester format.

RGPV Semester Results 2025: How to Check?

RGPV Results for semester exams are announced through its official website, students can simply log on to the official portal of the university and find their semester exam results. Candidates can follow these steps to check their results:

Q:   Can I get admission to BTech at RGPV without any entrance exam?
A:

Admission to BTech at RGPV is completely entrance-based. Direct admission is not possible for BTech course at the university. Candidates seeking for admission to this course must pass Class 12 to appy for the course. Aspirants must qualify for JEE Main entrance exam in order to get admission. The JEE Main qualifiers are required to apply for DTE MP counselling, where the seats will be allotted to the selected candidates. 

Q:   What is the minimum eligibility requirement for RGPV BPharma admission?
A:

Candidates seeking admission to the Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya BPharma course must pass the minimum eligibility criteria. Candidates must have passed Class 12 with PCM with an aggregate of 50% (45% for reserved category candidates). Apart from the minimum eligibility criteria, students also need to appear for the DTE MP counselling process. This is a mandatory step to qualify before applying for the course.

Q:   How to check the RGPV result?
A:

To check RGPV semester exam results the students must visit official portal of the university. Click on exam link and then select the 'Results' tab. Submit enrollment number method of marking and semester number. Type captcha and result will come out. The student can download or even get the result printed for future reference. If student faces any trouble contact university for any such case.

RGPV Semester Results 2025: How to apply for Revaluation?

Candidates dissatisfied with their semester exam results can opt for Revaluation/ Recounting. Candidates can apply for Revaluation/ Recounting either for a single subject or multiple subjects. Applicants have to pay a certain amount to apply for the Revaluation/ Recounting process. The officials of the RGPV University declare the Revaluation/ Recounting results online, accessible to all the candidates through the official website.

Q:   What is the eligibility criteria for MBA at RGPV?
A:

For admission to MBA course at RGPV, candidates are required to fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria in the first place. Students who passed graduation with minimum 50% total in any stream are eligible to apply for this course. However there is a five percent relaxation for candidates belonging from reserved categories and the state of Madhya Pradesh. These students are required to obtain minimum of 45% total in graduation. It's a mandatory step to qualify before applying for this course.

Q:   I have scored less than 60% in graduation. Can I get admission in M.Tech at RGPV?
A:

RGPV M.Tech admission is subject to fulfilment of a specified set of admission criteria. According to the eligibility criteria, the minimum marks required in graduation ranges between 50% and 60%. Admissions to the programme are entrance-based. Hence not only should a candidate secure the minimum marks in Graduation, they are also required to have a valid score in the accepted entrance exams. RGPV accepts the score obtained by the students in various national and state-level entrance tests such as, GATE, MPPET, etc. In case a candidate does not get a seat at the institute, they can go for other colleges offering the course. Interested candidates can also check out the colleges offering Online M.Tech courses.

 
Q:   What documents are required while applying for admissions at RGPV?
A:

At the time of applying for Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya, students are required to submit documents for verification. Aspirants can refer to the following list to know about the documents needed at the time of RGPV application:

  • Class 10 marksheet
  • Class 12 marksheet
  • Graduation marksheet (if applicable)
  • PG marksheet (if applicable)
  • Date of birth certificate
  • Passport-size photograph
