UPES Dehradun BBA Admission 2021: Dates, Eligibility & Process

UPES Dehradun offers a three-year BBA programme under the School of Business. The programme is offered in more than 15 major specialisations. UPES BBA admissions are done on merit basis. Students studying in Class 12 can also apply for BBA programme.

UPES admissions to all the programmes are done through both online and offline modes. Candidates, fulfilling the eligibility criteria, can apply online through the admission portal of the University. The common UPES Dehradun application process is shown below:

At the UG level, the University offers BBA programme under the stream of Management. UPES Dehradun BBA admissions are merit-based. The programme is offered in over 15 major specialisations. Candidates are shortlisted based on their HSC scores, followed by a Personal Interview (PI). Names of all the BBA specialisations are mentioned in the below table:

UPES Dehradun BBA Application Process 2021

As mentioned above, UPES Dehradun application form can be filled in both online and offline modes. For offline application submission, candidates can visit UPES Dehradun campus and pay a fee of Rs 1,350 to buy the application form and submit the same at the admission cell of the respective school of UPES Dehradun. For online application submission, follow the below-given steps:

Step 1: Visit the official website of UPES Dehradun (www.upes.ac.in). On its homepage, click on ‘Apply Now’ to process further.

Step 2: In the first step of the application form, pay the application fee of Rs 1,350 using debit card/ credit/ net banking through Paytm/ PayU gateway.

Step 3: Complete the remaining application process by filling in the academic details.

Step 4: Upload all the necessary documents along with a passport size photograph in JPG/ JPEG format.

A scanned copy of the below-mentioned documents need to be submitted along with the application form in online/ offline mode:

• Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheet
• UG mark sheets (if applicable)
• PG mark sheets (if applicable)
• Date of birth certificate
• Passport-size photograph
• Transfer certificate
• Character certificate

UPES Dehradun BBA Scholarships 2021

The University offers over 10 different scholarships under all the programmes. The scholarship amount or percentage differs from course to course. Given below are the details regarding UPES Dehradun BBA scholarships:

Scholarships for BBA students:

BTech students are awarded a scholarship based on their Class 10 and Class 12 scores. Candidates, who have secured an aggregate of 50% in Class 10 and Class 12, are awarded with a tuition fee waiver of 50% under this scholarship.

Apart from this, there are several other scholarships offered to BBA students, which are mentioned below:

• Scholarship for Uttarakhand state board toppers: This scholarship is offered to BBA, BTech, BA LLB (Hons), BBA LLB (Hons) and BCom LLB (Hons) students. Candidates, who have secured an aggregate of 80% in Class 10 and Class 12 with PCM in the UK State Board are awarded this scholarship. This scholarship is given to 150 toppers of UK State Board. Under this scholarship, 25% of a tuition fee waiver is given to boys and 35% to girl students in the first year.
• Scholarship to girl students: The University offers a tuition fee waiver of 25% to all girls taking admission to any of the UG and PG programmes. This scholarship is applicable for the full duration of the programme. The attendance of a student must not be less than 75% to avail this scholarship.
