Best BBA Colleges in India: Admission 2026, Fees, Ranking, Exams, Placements

SAT stands for Scholastic Assessment Test. It is an entrance examination conducted by admission officers of various reputed colleges and universities in India and Worldwide like Princeton University, Stanford University, Austin College among many others. Students interested in admission in any of these colleges or universities apply for this examination. The examination is divided into three sections - 

• Reading Section 

• Writing and Language Section

• Mathematics Section - Both Calculative and non calculative. 

At times, one additional section i.e. Essay section is also added in the SAT examination. The usual time duration for the examination is Three hours (180 minutes ) or Three Hours and Fifty Minutes, if the essay section in included. 

The best part of SAT Examination for Indian students is that the examination is conducted seven times in various months in one year. They can take as many attempts as they choose to.

Prestige Institute of Management Dewas offers median package range of (aprx)INR 240,000 during in-campus placements. It has a decent placement assistance program as well. Additionally, it has been rated 3.8 on placements as per Shiksha verified reviews by students.

JK Lakshmipat University offers admission to courses based on national or university-level entrance exams. The university conducts merit-based assessment for admission to a few courses. Candidates applying for admission must check the course-specific eligibility and selection requirements. The university considers JKLU DET for design courses, GATE for M.Tech and CUET for BTech and BBA programmes. Selected candidates have to pay a course fee to confirm their seat in the university.

Depending on the course you are applying for, your category, and the volume of applications received, you may need a certain rank to get into the MIT Arts, Commerce, and Science College.

The cutoff rank for admission to the BCA in Science programme at the MIT Arts, Commerce and Science College for the 2022 academic year was 8200 for general applicants and 7700 for restricted applicants.

However, in 2023, the rank is probably going to rise. I advise you to begin your preparations as soon as possible and to strive for a rating of 7000 or lower.

• Attempt the SAT or ACT. You can demonstrate your academic skills by taking these exams, which the MIT Arts, Commerce, and Science College will also take into account.
• Develop a compelling personal statement. Your personal statement needs to be well-written, highlight your qualifications, and explain why you want to enroll in the MIT Arts, Commerce, and Science College.
• Get active outside of the classroom. Extracurricular pursuits may enable you to distinguish yourself from other applicants. They also display your maturity to the college.
