Maharashtra HSC Toppers List 2026

Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary education released Maharashtra HSC top performers’ list along with the result on May 2. Over 14,17,969 students appeared for Maharashtra HSC exam. This year, the overall pass rate recorded at 89.79%. Science Stream Pass Percentage stands at 96% while 76% recorded in Arts stream. The board does not release HSC Maharashtra Board toppers list 2026, state-wise ranks to reduce student pressure. It rather releases a detailed performance report and division-wise statistics that highlight the highest achievers across Maharashtra. To check Maharashtra HSC result 2026, students need to enter the required details. Maharashtra HSC exam 2026 was conducted from February 10 to March 11, 2026. Q:   Will MSBSHSE conduct Maharashtra 12th supplementary exams for all subjects?
A: 

Yes, the Board conducts Maharashtra 12th supplementary exam for the subjects which students are not able to clear. The HSC exam will be held from June 16 to July 8. 

Students who were unable to clear their Maharashtra HSC exams in one or two subjects and those who wish to improve their marks can apply and appear for the supplementary/improvement exams.  

Q:   What are Maharashtra HSC exam timings?
A: 

Maharashtra HSC exams are held in two shifts. The Morning Shift is conducted from 11 am to 2.10 pm. The evening shift is held from 3 pm to 6 .10 pm. Students need to reach the exam centre on time.

Q:   Can I go to washroom during Maharashtra HSC board exam?
A: 

When appearing for the Maharashtra 12th board exams, you must feel relaxed and comfortable. Yes, you will be allowed to go to the washroom during the examination but only once and with an invigilator. Students often use washroom for using unfair means and cheat in board exams, however, they must know that the invigilator can frisk them anytime during the exam duration. So, it is recommended to use washroom only when needed.

Q:   What if I get late in reaching the Maharashtra HSC exam centre?
A: 

Students are advised to reach the Maharashtra HSC exam centre at least half an hour before the commencement of exams. The exam timings are mentioned in the maha HSC hall ticket. In case a student gets late in reaching the exam centre, he/she must understand that they will not be given any extra time to write the exam. 

Thus, it is advised that students leave for the exam centre early considering the traffic or any other deterrent.
