AIIMS Delhi INI CET cutoff 2026 for the January session has been released, wherein the last round closing ranks for the MD course ranged between 6 and 8545 in the General AI quota. The cutoff ranks vary for different specialisations, rounds and categories. AIIMS Delhi NEET UG cutoff 2024 has been concluded for admission to the MBBS course. The cutoff was released for different categories belonging to the All India quota. The table given below consists of the category-wise cutoff for AIIMS Delhi in 2024:

AIIMS Delhi attracts top healthcare, hospital, and medical technology firms for placements with median packages for UG courses around  INR 12.50 LPA and INR 16 LPA. Median package offered during AIIMS Delhi PG 1 year and PG 2 year placements 2024 stood at INR 20 LPA and INR 17 LPA. The highest median package recorded was for PG 3 year and PG 6 year which was INR 34 LPA.

AIIMS Delhi offers admission for UG, PG, Doctoral and Super Speciality courses such as BSc, MSc, MD, MDS, MS, and PhD, among others. Admission to any of the course is conducted based on entrance. Therefore, candidates must  prepare for the accepted entrance exams such as NEET UG, AIIMS Paramedical Entrance Exam, INICET, Joint CSIR-UGC NET for JRF/ ICMR - JRF/ ICMR- SRF/ DBT - JRF/ NBHM screening test/ INSPIRE fellowship. 

The accepted entrance exams may vary as per the choice of course opted for. Candidates must analyse the cutoffs to learn more about the probability of qualifying for AIIMS Delhi and securing a seat. Although, every admission year is more challenging than the previous one, candidates can still make it by putting in some efforts and work on those grades.

The answer will be both yes and no. Getting into AIIMS Delhi without NEET is possible if applying for courses such as BSc, MSc, PB BSc Nursing, MD, MS, DM and MCh, among various others, apart from MBBS. Admission to all these courses is either subject to an institute-specific entrance exam or INICET.

However, if the ultimate objective is to crack AIIMS New Delhi for MBBS, a student has to go through the NEET UG entrance exam followed by the counselling process. If the ranking and score obtained in the exam match with the minimum requirement of the institution, the student will get admission here for MBBS, otherwise not. 

Since you haven't mentioned your category, we would consider you to belong to the General Category. You should aim for a NEET UG cutoff rank under 50 to get AIIMS New Delhi. Looking at the last three years' cutoff, AIIMS Delhi NEET cutoff 2025 for Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) closed at 48, while in 2024, it closed at 47 and 57 in 2023 for the General AI category students. 

According to the information gathered by different sources on the internet, the marks that are necessary to obtain admission to AIIMS Delhi in the General category is between 675 and in case you are a member of the reserved category, you need at least 650 marks. The top courses offered at AIIMS Delhi include MBBS, BSc Nursing, MD, MS, and several other courses. MBBS is the flagship programme of AIIMS Delhi offered for a duration of five and a half years. The MBBS course curriculum also includes a 12-month long, compulsory internship. AIIMS Delhi students get a chance to do an internship at the associated hospital of the institute. i.e., AIIMS Hospital Delhi.
