IIEST Shibpur Cutoff 2025: Check Category-Wise JEE Main Cutoff Ranks

IIEST Shibpur cutoff 2025 was released for BTech and BArch courses at the undergraduate level. The JEE Main cutoff was released as opening and closing ranks for various BTech specialisations, wherein the last round closing ranks ranged between 21240 and 81700. Considering the ranks, it is evident that Computer Science and Technology was the most sought-after B.Tech. branch for getting a seat at this institute. IIEST Shibpur Cutoff 2025 for General AI Category

Among the students belonging to the General AI category, the JEE Main first round closing ranks were in the range of 14316 and 48578 for BTech admission among multiple specialisations. Of all the branches, the top two most competitive for admission were Computer Science & Technology and Information Technology, with last round closing ranks of 21240 and 26251, respectively. Candidates not eligible for admission to these branches can also consider Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering and Aerospace and Applied Mechanics, etc, with lenient last round cutoff ranks of 31160 and 36842, respectively. IIEST Shibpur Cutoff 2025 for OBC AI Category

Compared to the General AI category, the JEE Main closing rank for B.Tech. in Computer Science and Technology was relatively less competitive for admission among the OBC category students under the AI quota. In the OBC category, the JEE Main first and last round closing ranks for admission were 5356 and 26672, respectively. For other B.Tech. branches, such as Information Technology and Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering, the JEE Main last round closing ranks were relaxed for admission as compared to those of CSE. IIEST Shibpur JEE Main cutoff 2025 was announced for BTech and BArch courses at the undergraduate level. The maximum cutoff rank required for BTech admission was 224218. The required cutoff rank varies by rounds and specialisations. Based on the last round of JEE Main cutoff 2025, the top two most competitive B.Tech. branches for admission were Computer Science & Technology and Information Technology, with the last round closing ranks being 74999 and 16935, respectively. 

For admission to the BArch course, the JEE Main first and last round closing ranks were 182 and 269, respectively. 

IIEST Shibpur Cutoff 2025 for ST AI Category

For the students belonging to the ST category, the JEE Main first round closing ranks were in the range of 1150 and 2872. Similarly, for the last round, the closing ranks varied between 2494 and 303778. As per the first round, the most sought-after B.Tech. branch for admission was CSE. In the EWS category, the JEE Main cutoff 2025 was released for the B.Tech. courses across multiple specialisations, such as Computer Science and Technology, Information Technology, Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, etc. Considering the last round, the most competitive branch for admission was Computer Science and Technology, followed by Information Technology, with JEE Main last round closing ranks of 24901 and 28304, respectively. In the first round, the closing rank for CSE was 2116, while for IT, it was 2605 for the students belonging to the PWD category. 

IIEST Shibpur Cutoff 2025 for PWD AI Category

Under the PWD category, the JEE Main closing ranks were released for B.Tech. in Computer Science and Technology, Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering and Metallurgy and Materials Engineering. 

The most competitive branch for admission was Information Technology, with a last round closing rank of 911. Mechanical Engineering was the least competitive for admission, with a cutoff rank of 1252830 in the last round.
