In this college, placements and infrastructure are not good, but teaching facility is good.
Placements: There are 52 students in our department. Around 43 students are placed out of 52 students. The highest salary package offered is around 21 LPA by PSU, and the lowest salary package offered is around 2 LPA by IT companies.
Infrastructure: All classrooms have Wi-Fi connections along with a smart education system. Wi-Fi connection is available in the hostel along with a 24X7 electricity connection. The food served in the canteen is very good, and the price is affordable. There are also many game rooms with all the indoor games like table tennis, pool, etc.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful with good qualifications and great knowledge. Overall, the teaching quality is good. The curriculum includes 3 necessary internship programs which make the students industry-ready. The difficulty level of semester exams is average. The passing mark is 24 out of 70.
Other: I chose this course because it has a vast number of opportunities. Our college is known for its fest all over Assam.

Absolutely satisfied by our facilities as they trying hard to teach us and make us what we came for.
Placements: About 50-60% of student were placed in campus placement this year. The highest package offered by a company is about 17-18 Lacs per annum. Almost all leading PSUs. Our students got internship to companies from abroad. Our course offered the proper understanding of evolving technology. And teaches us to grow with time.
Infrastructure: All the necessary facilities are available in our college from Wi-Fi to library. The labs are very good, we can perform all the necessary experiment there. Classroom are very huge and has good infrastructure also digital in medium. Students are provided with books and all. The quality of hostel are very good and hygienic. There are also separate time form sports. Other than medical facilities are available within the campus.
Faculty: The teachers are very highly qualified and knowledgeable. The quality of teaching is very good. They also see for overall development of students from course knowledge to personality development. Yes, definitely relevant. Yes it makes students ready for the industry that's why most of the students are getting jobs. The semester exam are moderately difficult. The pass percentage is 30%.
Other: I chose the course because I have developed some interest in the subject related to this. And other than that this course is fast growing so I can say my future is secure. The class timing can be improved. The classes started form too early in the morning. So for some it's difficult to reach on time as they come from very far. There is a very huge event is organised by our students union named Pyrokynesis. And about all extracurricular activities are available here. And as this is a government college so many government organisations provide scholarship to the deserving students.
