Review of ATME College of Engineering.
Placements: The percentage of placements offered for my course is 60%. The highest package is 6 LPA, and the average package is 5 LPA. The lowest package is 3.5 LPA. Companies like Infosys, Wipro, Accenture, and VRIZE visit the college to recruit students. The internship rate is 20%, and students get internships in the above-mentioned companies.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is quite good as the college is partly new being about 14-15 years old. Wi-Fi is provided and the speed reaches up to 250 Mbps. There are different blocks/ buildings for different courses. Classrooms can accommodate up to 50 people. The library has a vast selection of physical and digital books. It is quite spacious.
Faculty: Faculty members are good at what they do. They do not hesitate to help when we ask doubts. The course curriculum followed is VTU which I think is a little outdated. The college will turn autonomous in a few years. Tests and the semester-end exams are easy to medium difficulty levels and can be cracked with a little bit of hard work.
Other: I chose this course because I wanted to be in the field of computer science because I am interested in this field. I think they should improve the placement of faculty members and bring more opportunities for students. The campus crowd is average. It has city and town people. They don't know much about Western culture. There are people who follow Western culture too. It organsies a lot of events during the fests which happen once a year and this brings a stage to showcase student's talents.

Excellent infrastructure with above average academics.
Placements: The college doesn't have great placements, currently about 40-50% students got placed with the highest package of about 10 LPA. There are not many companies coming for campus placements. Some companies that visited are Seventh Sense, Shobha Develops, Civil Tech, etc. The minimum package offered was about 3 LPA.
Infrastructure: The main highlight of the college is it's infrastructure. The college is located in a very open area with tons of trees around. The infrastructure is very student-friendly and there are many multiple windows in a single classroom which keeps rooms very cool. The labs are excellent with good monitors and systems. Lab chairs are also very comfortable. The classrooms are very well lit and well-equipped with a projector setup. The college also provides Wi-Fi but majority of the sites are blocked and the Wi-Fi requires a login. I have not opted for the hostel as I stay nearby. There are not many places you can visit as the nearest hotel is around 8 kms away. There is a canteen inside the college which offers good food at a reasonable price. There is also a stationary which has all the necessary items along with print out and Xerox services. Overall, the campus infrastructure and facilities are great.
Faculty: The academics of the campus is good. The faculty is great and very helpful. The faculty is also supportive, they promote extra curricular activities like Hackathon and workshops. They promote these activities to such extent that they're ready to postpone the exams even. The college also organizes various workshops and soft skill programs. Professors are invited from various fields. The soft skills professors were from Seventh Sense. The college also organizes workshops. In the most recent workshop, the college invited professionals from Microsoft. The faculty is great and every student is allotted a mentor for each semester. The students can seek any kind of help from their mentor. The exams are adequately tough. There are 3 internals in each semester.
Other: I chose this course as it has a lot of scope in the coming years. I got admitted through CET, my ranking was approximately 21000. The college doesn't have many events, only a few selected ones like a yearly fest and one or two sports events are held. The fest runs for a week with multiple events organised by the students. The last 3 days are organised by the college with events like DJ night and ethnic day to name a few. The sports events are very well organised with teams from various other colleges coming in. The college’s surroundings are not that great with only a few selected places to go. The nearest cafe is around 8 kms away. The campus crowd is good. The seniors are also helpful and there is no on-campus ragging.

Excellent infrastructure but not very good placements.
Placements: The placement in any college is mainly dependent on the students caliber; hence, placements on campus will be affected only by the marks scored by the students for their active participation in hackathons and workshops and also their skills. Participation in hackathons adds to placement. The college also provides domain-specific training for better placement purposes.
Infrastructure: The college and hostel infrastructure is pretty good; previously, the college hostel was located outside the campus, but now it is located inside the campus for both boys and girls. It is also very close to the canteen, and they also provide Wi-Fi facilities for all the hostel and college students for their convenience.
Faculty: The faculty members here are very talented and have years of experience. Every faculty member here has their own area of interest and prefers teaching students in a way they understand better. They also provide excellent guidance and support for various extracurricular activities for the benefit of the students; therefore, maintaining a healthy relationship with teachers is of great use in the college.
Other: I got this course through CET counseling. Students can also join the college through management, but everything has its own boon and bane. Students who join the college through the management quota are not eligible for state scholarships, so it is always better to join through CET.

It is a great college in Mysore for those who are average students.
Placements: Placements are good but not that great due to the pandemic. They didn't conduct placements in 2020, but many top companies like Infosys, Byju's, and other great companies visited. The highest salary package offered was 12 LPA.
Infrastructure: The college was established in 2010. Because it is a new college, the infrastructure is great, and there is also a Wi-Fi facility. Labs are good. The computer lab is great because all the computers are new and well maintained. There are over 16,000 books in the library, which makes it the best.
Faculty: In the computer science branch, teachers are well-versed, experienced, and also have industry knowledge. They teach well, and they also clear all our doubts. There is no discrimination in the college. Overall, faculty members are great.
Other: I chose this college because of its good infrastructure and experienced faculty members. There is prize money for those who secure a first and second rank in every branch. A student having the first rank will get Rs. 1000 and a student with the second rank will get Rs. 500.

It is a very good college with professional teachers and a nice infrastructure.
Placements: From our college, about 65% of the students were placed last year. The highest salary package offered here was 12.35 LPA. Students will be trained for aptitude skills which helps them to get placed in some reputed companies. These are some better facilities in Mysore for an engineering college.
Infrastructure: The quality of facilities provided by our college is great and very helpful for all the students. There are lots of books in the library which helps to improve our knowledge. As it is the new college in Mysore which was started before 10 years, it is maintaining the infrastructure as it is.
Faculty: There are professional teachers in the branch of computer science who help us to understand the core concepts in an easy manner. Teachers of computer science are very good at their teaching. The course curriculum of our college is based on VTU university.
Other: Our college provides lots of facilities for internet connectivity, library and extracurricular activities which helps students to boost their skills.

It is a good college, with good infrastructure.
Placements: A few companies come to the college, and so, the placements in our college are low compared to some other colleges in Mysore. Around 30 to 40% of students are placed in the college till now. The common companies that come to college are Infosys, Wipro etc. Testing jobs, software engineer, and software testing job roles are offered.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is very good when compared to other colleges. As it is a new college in Mysore which was started before 10 years, the infrastructure is very new and up to date. The library has a huge number of books, and it's a peaceful place. Sophisticated facilities are provided in college.
Faculty: The teachers in the computer science department are good. But some of the teachers are not experienced, and they don't have enough technical knowledge or subject knowledge. The curriculum of the college is based on VTU University, and some of the subjects are vast. Some of the subjects are irrelevant to our work, but we must study those to get marks.

Our college has a very good environment and well-equipped labs. It is a noise-free campus.
Placements: Only 50% of the students got placed from our college. The highest salary package offered is 4.7 LPA, while the lowest salary package offered is 2.5 LPA. Infosys, IBM, Cognizant, Tata, Genpact and Qspider are the top recruiting companies for our course. About 70% of the students did internships in Cisco from our college, while 30% of the students did in VSG Software Solution.
Infrastructure: ATME College of Engineering is accredited by NBA. It has very good infrastructure and well-equipped labs and libraries. There are very good classrooms and free Wi-Fi facility, and our college provides very good and hygienic hostel facilities. Healthy food is available in the canteen, and our college organises sports and games. Medical facilities are also available.
Faculty: Our faculty members are very helpful to students and are well experienced and knowledgeable. They help students to prepare for their exams and placement activities. They are very supportive and help students to get ready for interviews. The course was relevant to the curriculum.
Other: I have chosen computer science engineering because it is the best course. It provides the latest technology and trends, and seminars on the latest technologies are organised. Our college organises fest and events every year. It is a noise-free campus and also organises other extracurricular activities.
