Good placements in college.
Placements: Almost 88% of students got placed in my course. The average salary is 28 LPA and 3.5 LPA. Recruiting company is Soliton. 76% of students got internships in various well-known companies like Soliton, HCL, Murugappa Groups, Zoho, Swiggy, and Samsung. Roles offered are VLSI design engineer, digital signal processing, analog and digital engineer.
Infrastructure: It has special embedded, VLSI, PCB labs, smart classrooms, library, and training avenues. Hostel infrastructure is good. Food is also good. Sports, games, and medical facilities are very good. The food is very good in both hostels and day scholars' mess. The cafeteria has various food items too.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful and quality of teaching is very good. Even there is a website for students to learn when teachers are not available. Curriculum is relevant. It makes the students ready for the industry. The difficulty level is medium. 50 is the pass percentage in both practical and theory exams.
Other: ECE is one of the courses that support the growing world and that's why I chose this course. The best thing about the course is that we get to know about all the mechanisms of every device we use in the day-to-day world and how we can enhance them. It's already better. Events take place all year long, and those are helpful.

Our college infrastructure is good and peaceful. The rules are acceptable.
Placements: Almost 90% of our students get placed in good companies like Soliton and TCS. Roles include Electronics Engineer, Network Engineer, Embedded Systems Engineer, VLSI Design Engineer, etc. The highest package is 40 LPA and above, the lowest is 3 LPA and above, and the average is 16 LPA and above. Around 80% of students get internships from my course at the best companies.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure of our college are good and well-constructed. Wi-Fi connections are good. The lab, library, and classrooms are neat and peaceful always. The quality of facilities in our hostel is good. The food is healthy and tasty. We can avail all facilities, including sports and games, in our hostel. All are good.
Faculty: Faculty members of our college are always helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The overall teaching quality is good. This course is curriculum-relevant and makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are not bad in our college. The pass percentage is 80%.
Other: I was confused while joining engineering about whether to choose Core or IT. The solution is to choose ECE, as we can go for another one in the end. So, I choose this course. The best thing about my course is what I have already mentioned, we can choose either Core or IT.

The system is very different from other colleges which I liked very much and the campus is pleasant.
Placements: Around 60 to 70% of students from my department (ECE) are placed generally. In ECE, the highest package in the past academic year was 16 LPA from Cadence a core company. The lowest package is about 3 LPA, and the average package is around 5 LPA Top companies hiring in ECE are Cadence, Soliton, Applied Materials, etc. I think my college doesn't provide pure internships directly but my seniors who have worked as interns in that company and then they are recruited. One of my seniors placed as a VLSI system design engineer at Cadence.
Infrastructure: I like one thing very much about my college which is the infrastructure. Generally everywhere in my college is well-designed and maintained. For my course there are many labs called special labs like embedded product innovation lab, printed circuit board lab, and some other labs. There is also a big library and department library. Hostel is also good, you cannot expect a very modern hostel but a decent one which is well organised. The food is average and no non-veg is provided. Sports are not very great but not a bad kind of facilities, it depends on sports.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful and dedicated but not everyone of them is like that. There are teachers who don't even behave like a teacher which is common in every college. Overall, most of the teachers are very good and supportive. The curriculum here is different, one is academics and another is personalized skills where a student needs to clear levels on the subject to obtain internals, which makes it industry-ready. Semester exams are not very hard, with the basic knowledge you can pass (50% is pass percentage).
Other: I chose ECE because it evolving as semiconductor industry evolves day by day in the future. The best thing about ECE is as I said semiconductor industry keeps growing and it is a safe option compared to IT field. I think teaching about more advanced, day-to-day technologies would be better. My college doesn't have any fests like culturals. Connectivity is good and the campus surroundings are also good.

Absolutely dissatisfied with placements, but in industry knowledge very much satisfied.
Placements: 100% of students get placed but with very low salaries. The highest package is 10-12 LPA, the lowest is 1 LPA, and the average is 4-5 LPA. I'm not sure, but around 30% get internships, mostly in IT jobs, such as cybersecurity. There are no placements in core companies. Everyone is working through their own efforts and customs.
Infrastructure: The college environment is so traditional and made with stone, which adds a unique beauty to it. Wi-Fi facility are available everywhere the campus, but connecting to it takes time. Labs and classrooms are very much okay, and the library is the excellent part of our college. Compared to other colleges, the food is very much okay. The quality of sports facilities is commendable for both men and women.
Faculty: Every teacher works for the success of students, and almost all teachers are assistant professors in their particular departments. The course curriculum does not make students industry-ready, so our college provides a separate section focused on developing industry skills. The pass percentage is 25%.
Other: I have chosen Electronics and Communication Engineering as my core-related course.

Placements and Infrastructure at Bannari Amman Institute of Technology.
Placements: I graduated from the Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering (ECE) batch of 2023. In my course, approximately 90% of students were successfully placed. The highest package offered was ₹18 LPA, the lowest was ₹3.5 LPA, and the average package stood at around ₹6 LPA. The top recruiting companies are TCS, Infosys, Wipro, HCL, and Cognizant. About 80% of students from our course secured internships with companies like Bosch, Honeywell, and L&T. The top roles offered were software developer, system engineer, and network analyst. The placement cell at Bannari Amman Institute of Technology is highly supportive and provides extensive training and resources to help students secure good jobs.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure at Bannari Amman Institute of Technology is top-notch. Our department had well-equipped labs with the latest technology and high-speed Wi-Fi connectivity throughout the campus. Classrooms are spacious with modern teaching aids. The library is vast, offering a wide range of books, journals, and digital resources. Hostel facilities are excellent, with clean and comfortable rooms. The mess provides hygienic and tasty food with a variety of options. Medical facilities are available round the clock, and the campus boasts excellent sports and game amenities, including courts for basketball, volleyball, and cricket.
Faculty: The faculty members are highly qualified, knowledgeable, and always ready to assist students. The teaching quality is excellent, with a good mix of theoretical and practical knowledge. The curriculum is updated regularly to keep up with industry standards, ensuring that students are industry-ready by the time they graduate. Semester exams are moderately difficult, but with proper preparation, students can perform well. The pass percentage is quite high, reflecting the quality of education and support provided.
Other: The total fee for the entire EIE course was approximately ₹800,000, including tuition, hostel, library, admission fees, and mess charges. Considering the quality of education, placement opportunities, and infrastructure provided, the institute offers good value for money.
