College campus is good and hostels are good.
Placements: The top companies that come to this college campus are LG, Whirlpool, Airtel etc. The highest package is 10 LPA and the average package is 4 to 6 LPA. Compared to other colleges placements are fewer in this college.
Infrastructure: College Infrastructure is quite acceptable in the number of fees we paid. The hostel facility in this college is an average type but it's good because of hostel friends. Wi-Fi is available and is always open for students. The canteen is providing a good food menu according to today. The medical and sports facility is quite good for the students of this college. Academics I am a student of BCA. It depends upon the course by course in this college where you get well-qualified teachers. The teachers are very helpful and their always way of teaching is very good and descriptive. The curriculum doesn't make students Industries ready as this is a basic course for undergraduate Placements I was in batch 2021-2024. Value for money. I am a student in the BCA course at the College of Innovation and Management Science. The fees for this course in this college are Rs 60000 per year. I feel that my money for this college is worth it because they provide good studies and equipment for industry development. But the problem is only one that the size of the ground is so small that's why only limited sports can be played by students.
Faculty: The faculty is good.

It provided good placements in 2021. It has good infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: Our college provides good placement. This year, about 75% of students get campus selection. About 62% of students got from the mechanical engineering course. About 82% of students got placement in good companies from E and C and CS departments.
Infrastructure: Our college provides good facilities in the hostel like food, bed, water, etc. Our course has good classrooms and huge machines in the laboratory. The garden is also good for combined study purposes. Wi-Fi facility is also good here.
Faculty: Faculty members in this college are knowledgeable, and they have more information about their subjects. Their teaching is good and helpful. AICTE points are provided at the end of every month, and we can go earn these points by doing some public service. Exams are conducted very strictly.
Other: Many events are not conducted in this college. It provides more preference for the studying campus selection and encourages us for sports.

Review of Basaveshwar Engineering College.
Placements: In the year 2025, there are 15% of placements. In mechanical brach not sure, the highest package is 5.5 lack per annum. Top recruiters are TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Accenture, Cognizant, IBM, Tech Mahindra, Mphasis, etc. I think 10% to 15% of students got internships.
Infrastructure: Honestly, the Wi-Fi didn't connect to anyone until the completion of the course. Labs especially computer labs and classrooms better but not the best. In hostels, they don't serve nonveg food items. Sunday night they don't give the food like PG's system. The best part is the hostel has a gym facility.
Faculty: Teaching quality is nice but it would be better. Faculty will teach you at the diploma level and they will expect from you at the IIT level. According to my opinion, faculty members are best only some of them but some faculty members act like they teaching you.

I am dissatisfied because of lecturers and average placements. Infrastructure is good.
Placements: Almost 70% of the students got placed in IT companies. Design companies are the top recruiters. IIT and local thermal companies came to our college campus. Placement happens more for the CS department compared to the mechanical engineer department. The percentage plays an important role.
Infrastructure: Our college provides Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, library, playground, post office, bookstall, medical and hostels for both boys and girls. There are separate hostels, and hostel facilities are good with friendly weather. Rooms are good, and the food is also quite good. A gym is available in the hostel, and there is no ragging in our college and hostel.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful to students for doubts about subjects. Teaching quality is a big issue. The course is not at all good, but it is average. End-semester exams are very difficult. Question papers are quite tough for students. The minimum pass percentage is 40%.
Other: Events are not conducted, but SSP scholarships are available.

It's a good college to learn and play. Placements are improving, but you have to adjust with fests.
Placements: Placements in BEC BGK are not much encouraging because the highest salary package offered is about 8 LPA-9 LPA. However, the placement record is increasing year by year. As the companies like Tesla, etc., have laid a foundation in Bangalore, we are hoping that non-IT departments will have good placements in upcoming years.
Infrastructure: Our college has the best and low-cost infrastructure because the hostel provides the best food and has well-built rooms with a Wi-Fi facility. There is the hugest library in South Karnataka. Our campus is Wi-Fi-enabled. All types of sports grounds are available in our college. There are highly improved laboratories.
Faculty: There are most learned faculty members here, and VTU curriculum is followed here. Along with theory classes, practicals are also given equal importance. Exams are conducted and evaluated in our college only. GATE coaching is also provided for interested 4th-year students. Semester exams are strictly conducted in offline mode only.
Other: I chose this course because my aim and interest are to join Indian army, and there is a special entry for mechanical engineers.
