The placement rate of mechanical is higher than the other branches

Placements: In the case of civil engineering, the batch is recently started. I am in the first batch of the civil branch of Beant College of Engineering and Technology started in 2016. We really hope that highly reputed companies will be called up for the placement.

Infrastructure: The college is spread widely on 70 acres of land. It has its own Central workshop, campus Wi-Fi facility, fluids lab, computer lab, thermal lab, universal testing machine, impact testing machine, bio lab and IT lab. In the sports section, the college has a basketball court, 2 volleyball courts, tennis court, hockey field, football field, badminton court, cricket field and kabaddi ground. The college has a central library where the books are issued to the students with 24 hours open reading rooms. The college has two canteens where delicious food is served and a coffee shop. There is also a Government Medical Dispensary on the campus. There is a shopping complex on the campus where all types of products are available to the students. There are separate hostels for boys and girls and even the hostels for boys are according to their years. The hostel rooms are not that very good still reasonable as compared to the rent.

Faculty: The faculty team is really good and helpful. All the professors are M.Tech and PhD degree holders with good knowledge and they really make learning fun. The teaching methods used are oral explanations for students. The students are also taught using projector visualisations and some guest lectures are also conducted in the college from the faculty members of other colleges.

I really love this college.

Placements: Above 50% of students got placed last year. This college provides good packages for companies like Mahindra, Amazon, and Tata, and provides opportunities. All the staff are Ph.D. degree holders. They are very intelligent and helpful to all the students. Many students from last year gave interviews to different companies who came to provide new jobs to the students, and many of them got placed in good companies.

Infrastructure: The 70-acre campus includes a large library, four computer labs, a playing area, and average hostel buildings. Wi-Fi but it is very slow. The classrooms are good and modernised (smart rooms). The sports room has all the playing equipment. This university is under the government of Punjab. I hope it helps.

Faculty: The faculty is excellent. all the staff are PhD degree holders. And they are all very intelligent and always ready to provide knowledge. They prefer more practical knowledge. Our college has many machines for mechanical or other branch students, which make them ready for modern industries.

Other: I want to pursue a career in engineering. I want to contribute to the country by building bridges, large buildings, and modern infrastructure. also organises different kinds of fests, sports competitions, etc., so that the students can show their hidden talent at this level.
