Step 3: Now, fill in all the basic details & register to create login Id.

Step 4: Now, log in to fill out the application form & submit it.

List of Required Documents

Below is the list of documents that are required to be submitted at the time of admission:

• Printout of the Application Form for Admission duly signed by the candidate and their guardian
• Admission Fee Payment Receipt
• Class 10th Admit Card /Age proof document (Original & one self-attested photocopy)
• Class 12th Mark sheet (Original & one self-attested photocopy) (Laminated Marksheet will not be accepted)
• One Passport size photograph
• Caste Certificate (Original & one self-attested photocopy), if applicable.
• PWD Certificate (Original & one self-attested photocopy), if applicable.
• EWS Certificates (Original & one self-attested photocopy), if applicable.
• CU Registration Certificate (if already registered under CU) (Original & one self attested photocopy)
• Migration Certificate (Original & one self-attested photocopy), if applicable.
• BPL Certificate (Original & one self-attested photocopy), if applicable.
