I am satisfied with the college faculty. The professors are professional and co-operative.
Placements: Nearly 5% of students were placed during the course at my college. The highest salary offered was Rs. 15,000 per month for the post of data entry operator in their company and the lowest salary offered was Rs. 9,000 per month. The top recruiting company was Tata Consultancy Services in that year. We didn't get an opportunity for the internship at our college.
Infrastructure: There are a sufficient number of classrooms in the department. There is a large gallery, where nearly 200 students can sit for the seminar. Also, the college has a centenary hall for the functions of the college like teachers day, and freshers welcome etc. There are two different libraries for Science and art departments. But the Wi-Fi of the college is very slow. There is a computer lab for the mathematics department with a sufficient number of computers in good working condition. Also, the other departments have their individual lab. The college canteen serves quality food at a reasonable price. There is a girls' hostel for University students near the college with good facilities and the quality of food in the hostel was very good.
Faculty: Teachers were very helpful and qualified. Most of them were having a PhD. The quality of teaching was good. The curriculum was good, but few topics should be included for our next level entrance exams. The standard of questions in the final exam was good. The questions were very conceptual.
Other: I have chosen this course because I had an interest in mathematics. I gained interest day by day on this subject. Some topics should be added to improve the course, for example, "Topology". And the students should get more opportunities for internship, and the college should have a better placement cell.
