BITS Pilani Hyderabad admission is entrance-based. BITS Pilani, Hyderabad Campus offers four Integrated First Degree, Higher Degree, and PhD programmes. The selection criteria for some of the courses, such as BTech, BSc, M.Tech, etc., require BITSAT entrance exam scores. Birla Institute of Technology and Science Admission Test (BITSAT) is an entrance exam conducted by the Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani, for admissions to undergraduate engineering courses (BE) at its  Pilani campus.

Candidates seeking admission shall first check the course-specific eligibility criteria. Eligible students can further fill out the application form for the respective course/or the required examination. BITS Hyderabad offers admission to BE/BPharm/MSc courses is based on merit in BITSAT. For ME/MPharm course admission, BITS HD exam or GATE/GPAT scores are considered.
