Completely satisfied with college life.

Placements: The highest package is 1 crore. As quality and skills matter, the main focus is on polishing the skills of students. Almost all students get placements with good packages. Students become industry-ready and get to know the path to become successful.

Infrastructure: The college has new buildings, AC classrooms, a library, a separate Capgemini Centre, hostels, and good infrastructure. There are separate labs with advanced technology and AC classrooms. The hostels have a mess, attached balconies, common washrooms, and a gym as well.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful and qualified. They have great knowledge. This course makes students industry-ready. Exams are of moderate to great difficulty. Exams are conducted quarterly as well as in the final semester. Teachers prefer teaching topics in a more precise manner.

The college is good.

Placements: More than 90 percent of students got placed from this college. They have been bringing companies in recent days they brought in 2 Japanese companies too and will be teaching Japanese from next year. If one has skills they get placed easily it solely depends on the student and about bringing the companies, they bring.

Infrastructure: All the facilities are there but sometimes their Wi-Fi quality drops but it's fine. Libraries are available in every single block and the content available is also top-notch. About the labs some have ACs in them and some classes do too. I am not a fan of sports so I don't know much but there are courts to play like basketball, badminton, and cricket pitches too. As for the hostel it is fine, the mess food varies, it can be good but it can be bad too.

Faculty: The course is good they provide good syllabus. The faculty members who teach me are very nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. They teach well. The course curriculum is fine. They make students industry-ready and they have started Capgemini training too to make students industry-ready.

Absolutely satisfied with faculty members, placements, and facilities.

Placements: 95% of students are placed in my course because many companies come to university to offer students jobs. The highest package in CSE is 1 crore, and in my course, it is about 45 LPA. The average package is 8 LPA. Companies like Microsoft, Amazon, TCS, Wipro, Capgemini, and many others visit the university. A large number of students also get internships.

Infrastructure: Facilities provided are very good. The infrastructure of our classes is also good. Labs are well equipped with AC and projectors in classrooms for better understanding and visualisation. Wi-Fi is available in labs and classrooms as well. The food quality in the hostel is good. There are also medical facilities, sports, and a gym.

Faculty: Faculty members of our university are very good. Their teaching style is impressive. Their behavior with students is also good. The course curriculum is relevant and helps make students industry-ready. Semester exams are of a moderate level. The pass percentage is 90%.

Other: I have an interest in Data Science, so I chose this course.

Absolutely satisfied with the university's facilities, faculty, etc.

Placements: More than 50 percent of students got placed. The highest package is one crore per annum and the average package is 25 LPA with 12000 plus job offers. Top recruiting companies are Microsoft, IBM, Capgemini, Coforge, Amazon, and many more.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our university is really good and our university continues to make it better day by day. Wi-Fi quality is really good and we get a signal everywhere in the university. Labs are top-notch for practical learning. We have air conditioning in our labs, library, and also in class.

Faculty: Faculty members are really helpful. They are top-notch with years of experience and plenty of knowledge to help us understand the subjects and the crux behind them. The course curriculum is very relevant which makes us industry-ready. Semester exams are of relevant difficulty.

Other: I chose this course because artificial intelligence fascinated me. The best thing is that they make us industry-ready. The university also organises events and fests time to time for students and also organises sports and extracurricular activities

Great place to study.

Placements: Around 76 percent of students are placed. The highest package placed here is 1 crore per annum and the lowest package is 5 LPA. Companies here come with good packages and also with great packages. Maximum placements are in the B.Tech branch. Microsoft, Nokia, and Capgemini come with great packages.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure here is very great which is comfortable for every student. Study tables, benches, and everything is student-friendly so that everyone can use them easily. The campus is also very green as it provides calm and peace to every student.

Faculty: Teachers here are very qualified and have good knowledge about the subjects they are teaching. Every teacher is very friendly to their students and completes their responsibilities very thoroughly. The exam level is also good so that every student can attend it easily.

Good option if you are ready to work on your skills along with college support.

Placements: I am a 1st year student at CGC Mohali University. I am pursuing B.Tech in IT. I think it is a good choice for students who want a balance between academics and placements. The university has recently launched the Capgemini Centre where students get hands-on experience. The college provides many opportunities to seek experience and knowledge, but we should focus on learning skills by ourselves too. In the end, it depends on the skills of the students.

Infrastructure: I am living in the hostel here too. The hostel is decent with proper security. Sometimes I get tired of the mess food, but compared to other colleges, the food is good too. Overall, it's a good option if you are ready to work on your skills along with the college's support. I love the infrastructure and greenery of this college.

Faculty: Teachers are generally helpful and qualified, but teaching quality can vary from faculty to faculty. The course curriculum is relevant and good, but students need to put in extra effort to become truly industry-ready for placements. Semester exams are of moderate difficulty and can be cleared easily with regular study. The pass percentage is quite high, as most students pass if they prepare properly.

Overall, it is good for students who want to study and have a little bit of fun.

Placements: Placements are one of the strong points of the university. Around 80-90% get placed with an average package of 7-8 LPA. We can also get more opportunities by improving our skills, and we can also join some workshops to increase our skills in the field we are interested in.

Infrastructure: Hostel facilities are good there, but the food lacks quality. Overall, the blocks in which the study is good and the classrooms offer a lot of features, like projectors. We can also join workshops, there are many available in each block. Overall, the blocks are good.

Faculty: Faculty members are generally helpful and supportive. They also help students to fully understand the topic, so that if someone hasn't got the full concept, he/she can also clear his/her doubt after the class from the respective faculty. Overall, the faculty is good.

College is above average as compared to other colleges around the area, and has a nice faculty.

Placements: My course is AI, and this was introduced around 2023, so I can't say a lot about placements. For other batches (B Tech), the average comes around 8-9 LPA, and the highest around 30-40 LPA (1 crore is an exception). Moreover, it also depends on off-campus opportunities.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is pretty nice, and more buildings are being constructed. Wi-Fi works pretty well for me, and classrooms are fully furnished but don't have AC, whereas labs do have AC. Labs are also quite nice. Hostels also have Wi-Fi facilities, and medical facilities are also available.

Faculty: For sure, teachers are amiable, understanding, and helpful. My teachers are all new, so I can't actually say a lot about teaching quality. I feel it was average. For the current curriculum, we have subjects that are quite relevant. Semester exams are above average in difficulty level.
