A very bad college to take admission in.

Placements: There are no placements. It is a very bad college. I would say at the end that no one should take admission in this college.

Faculty: Teachers do not know how to teach properly. They don't even know how to operate Google Meet in which they can take the classes. It's a very bad college.

Other: I choose this course because I thought there are good placement opportunities in this course. Fests on the campus are pretty good.

Overall, the colleges provide very good knowledge. It is the temple of knowledge.

Placements: I joined this course in a computer application in B.Tech because it is a very in-demand occupation in industries in the IT sector. Moreover, it gets the highest package of Rupees 1 crore and the minimum package of Rupees 5 to 7 LPA. Moreover, the course is specialized in computer application and their programs.

Infrastructure: College infrastructure is well maintained, and the welfare. They are providing very good facilities for the students, even though there is a biometric entry in the section in hostels and a restriction on entry in the library. 24-hour services for Wi-Fi and medical.

Faculty: Our facilities are well-qualified and well-experienced. They are providing a very good opportunity for student who conducts international conferences and seminars, and from time to time, they are providing expert guidance along with our academy. More than 95 students passed their exam.

Other: There is a very good infrastructure in the transfer facilities, it is well connected with the city of Chandigarh, and it is a beautiful part of Chandigarh. The improvement needed is that there should be some liberty given to students.

CGC Jhanjeri... overall, it is a good college if you don't like to be part of a crowd.

Placements: 50 to 60% of students get placed in my course (CSE). The highest package is 45.5 LPA, the lowest data is not available, and the average is 5.6 LPA. Companies like Musigma, upGrad, and other mass recruiters are involved. About 10% or less of students got internships, often in small or lesser-known companies, with roles such as software developer and project manager.

Infrastructure: Facilities are good, and the infrastructure is well-maintained. The entire campus has Wi-Fi with 5G support. The labs and classrooms are good, and the quality of food in the mess and canteen is very good. Medical facilities are okay. Sports and games facilities are also good, with many games and sports activities happening, including inter-college competitions.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is okay, and the course curriculum is relevant but does not make students industry-ready. Exams are moderate, but the pass percentage is low, possibly because the university to which the college is affiliated does not check papers properly.

Other: I have a keen interest in tech, and it is interesting. I wish the quality of faculty would be better. There are many events, tech fests, and other activities happening here. The JOSH Scholarship is provided to students based on their marks. One positive aspect of my college is that the crowd is less, allowing you to compete better with others compared to overcrowded colleges.

A very well-maintained, beautiful infrastructure guarantees a good placement in a reputed company.

Placements: Approximately 60% of students are placed, as students also need to develop skills and not just rely on college for everything. The highest package is 1 crore, and the average is 6-8 LPA. Top recruiting companies include The Math Company and Amazon. Approximately 40% of students got internships at average companies.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is sometimes very good and sometimes very bad, depending on various factors like weather, construction work, or events. Classrooms are very well maintained, and the library is the best, with a lot of books and well-maintained. The food is sometimes good, and medical facilities are good, with all emergency services available at all times. A lot of events are organized over a period of time.

Faculty: Teachers are qualified and good at explaining difficult topics. Of course, AI is the most important thing as of today. It really prepares students for industrial work. Exams are moderate to difficult. Students have to score at least 33% to pass, or we can get 20 marks to pass.

Other: I chose this course because AI is important and has a very good and broad scope for the future. In this, we learn how to instruct machines to do things like humans. There is more practical knowledge, like seeing how a root works. Events are fantastic, the crowd is very large, and Wi-Fi sometimes disappoints a lot. They also offer the Josh scholarship.

Average faculty, good placement, average infrastructure and facilities are also average.

Placements: I am a fourth-year student. As much as I know, placements were good. Mostly students get placed. Secondly, they also tell that the highest package was of 44 LPA, the average was 8 LPA, and the lowest was 5 LPA. Top recruiting companies were TCS, Infosys, and some more famous companies. Internships were also good. Like I know a friend of mine who got an internship of 8 LPA. Yes, getting internships is a little hard in this college but if you have good skills you can get it easily. The top role was a head of the management team

Infrastructure: Like you get everything here on campus, the infrastructure is quite good. Like 24*7 Wi-Fi, good labs, good classrooms with smart boards, and 1 library in each block. The only drawback is the campus is very small. Hostel facilities are also good like normal hostels. Like you have Wi-Fi, barber, laundry, AC, and most of the facilities but again, the hostel is little small.

Faculty: Teachers are average. Like some are really good but some are not that good. Like most of the teachers also feel like they are also freshers. Like they don't know much about college activities and their teaching quality is also average so you have to study on your own. And to be honest, the course curriculum is not that relevant. Like it's more of a school curriculum, not much focused on industry-ready, but if a student wants to do something by himself, then teachers also help him to proceed. Semester exams are quite easy. If you study a little, you can pass easily. And the passing percentage is like other colleges, above

Other: I was a B.Tech (CSE) student. The best thing was that it was quite good and demanding and I got trained overall to get a job easily. The things that could be improved are focusing more on coding skills. Events and fests are awesome. The only good thing about the college is the fests and events. Like you get 2-3 events every month and 1 fest in 1 to 2 months. The crowd is less as I said the campus is small so the crowd is less but they are expanding the college so the crowd will be more in the future and the scholarship is also moderate like any other college and I didn't know much about that.

It depends upon your domicile. B.Tech admission is offered on the basis of a valid score in JEE Main for Punjab domicile candidates. For the candidates belonging to other states, the admission to B.Tech is offered on the basis of marks in 10+2 followed by counselling conducted by PTU.

Yes, for sure. CGC Landran has their eligibility system. To get admission in B.Tech CSE, student should have more than equal to 75% marks in class 12th boards.
