The application process is conducted both online and offline for CGC Landran M.Tech course admission. For the online mode, candidates are required to visit the official website of CGC and click on 'Apply Now' on the Home page. Now candidates must register & fill out the application form. However, for the CGC Landran offline application process candidates must follow the walk-in admission process. Candidates must visit the campus and get an admission form from the admission desk. Fill out the form and submit your original documents and five passport-size photographs.

BTech is a four-year course divided into eight semesters. Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Landran offers BTech in six specialisations through Chandigarh Engineering College in affiliation with I.K. Gujral Punjab Technical University. CGC College for Engineering offers BTech in three specialisations. CGC Landran offers a three-year degree programme of BSc in Hospitality and Hotel Administration. The hospitality course lasts for three years with an affiliation from National Council for Hotel Management & Catering Technology (NCHMCT). The BSc curriculum includes additinal subjectsn of Food & Beverage Controls, Catering, Human Resource & General Management, Tourism etc. Admission is based on candidates performance in the last qualifying exam. Candidates must have passed the Class 12 or equivalent examination with a minimum aggregate of 45% marks (best of 5 subjects) for General and OBC categories (and 40% marks for SC, ST, and PwD candidates).

Apart from JEE Main. CGC Landran offers admissions to BTech courses based on PTU BTech. As per cutoff 2022, the closing rank for BTech in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning is 236 after Round 2 Seat Allotment. In 2022, PTU BTech was released for four specialisations.
