Placements: Cochin University ensures very good packages when compared to the other KTU colleges in this year of passing out. The maximum package that is offered to them is 24 LPA, and about an average of 6 LPA is given by the institute by various highly demanded companies, ensuring strong roots.
Infrastructure: The course provided by it is highly demanded in our society and the faculty members are highly qualified. Most of the faculty members have a doctorate in their respective subjects. Our college provides good placements.
Placements: It is the best college for placements. Our college provides very good placements. If you pass all subjects, you can get placed in CSE and ECE departments.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is not good. There are no walls in our college. There is no proper canteen. The ground is not good.
Faculty: Teachers can be divided into three phases. We have permanent and non-permanent teachers. They are highly qualified. Permanent staff doesn't teach well, but they have knowledge. The non-permanent staff has less knowledge but puts in maximum effort. Some teachers don't know how to teach. Some HODs are not good. The departmental teachers are very friendly.

I recommend joining our college for a successful and bright future.
Placements: Around 75-85% of students were placed in this course. The highest salary package offered by companies was 7 LPA to 8 LPA and the lowest salary package offered was 3 LPA to 4 LPA. Top companies like Flipkart, TCS, Wipro, and many others visited our campus.
Infrastructure: All classrooms were huge. There were digital projectors, air-conditioners, etc. There was a huge library and Wi-Fi with the fastest internet speed. The canteen and mess facilities were good. They provide clean and hygienic food items at affordable prices.
Faculty: All the teaching staff members and non-teaching staff members were well-educated and knowledgeable. They worked in our college for so many years. The teaching methods of teachers were very good. Semester exams were not difficult. It differs from student to student. The passing percentage was 33%.

I am absolutely dissatisfied because of campus.
Placements: About 90% of students are placed. According to media reports, a total of 942 students were placed and 100 companies visited the campus during CUSAT placements 2022. Further, the highest and average salary package offered during Cochin University placements in 2022 was 40 LPA and 4.3 LPA respectively. The top recruiters of Cochin University of Science and Technology in 2022 included leading companies such as Cisco, TCS, Infosys, Wipro, MRF, Tata Project, Oracle, and Cognizant.
Infrastructure: There is only one college hostel on campus and that is for only girls. But there are many other private hostels with affordable rents with good quality rooms and mess. The mess is good with quality food and water. Both Kerala and north Indian cuisines are provided. Admission to the college hostel is based on your rank in CUSAT CAT entrance exam. There is no registration process to get admission to other hostels. You need to go and tell them that you need a room and they provide you with one if you pay the fees. All hostels are near to the college and there are restaurants and juice bars nearby every hostel. There are shops near where you can buy all your necessary items. The nearest town is Changanacherry which you have to reach by boarding bus. There you will get anything. The bus services from college to Changanacherry or Alappuzha are good. You will get a bus every 15 minutes.
Faculty: The fee is affordable. For students in Kerala, the annual fee is around Rs.50000 but for students from other states, the annual fee is around 1 lakh. Every year, there is little hike in the fee structure. But since there are scholarships, you will get money back after some time. If you get good marks and become a university topper, then there are scholarships for that also. There are many scholarships like e-grants, Kerala state scholarships, etc. It has good placement records and those who score good marks in their course of study through the 4 years, he /she can easily get placed in a good company. The average placement package here is around 5 LPA. The highest salary package offered is around 25 LPA.

This college is not good in the history of engineering.
Placements: Around 60% of students get placed in our course. The highest salary pacakge offered is 3.6 LPA. The average salary pacakge offered is 1 LPA. TCS, Infopark, etc., are the top recruiting companies. Almost 70% of students get internships from our course as a trainee or low-level developers in companies.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure are not good. There is only one good built in the college with a broken elevator. If it rains this college will get drowned in water. So, there will be no college. Library and laboratories are also not good. There are no hostel facilities at this college. Students need to find paying guests' house that is very expensive. There is no good water to drink, and students need to buy drinking water. The only college recognized hostel is a convent paying guest house for girls. Boys need to either rent a house as a group or be paying guests. The canteen has decent food like samoosa for North Indian students and rice and curry. There is nothing else good in the canteen. There is not even a good hotel if students need to eat some food.
Faculty: Teachers know how to teach and are good in their subjects. But, they are not friendly. They just come, teach, and go. They mind their business. There is no teacher-student relationship on this campus. The course does not make the student industry-ready as they do not know what is needed and what is not. The curriculum just needs students to study and get good marks. The difficulty of the semester exams depends on the students. If students are a bookworm surely it will be easy for them.
Other: I opted for this course, because there is a future in this course. I wish if there is some kind of coding campaign in college every weekend so that students can improve their coding skills. The campus life is not good.
