Perfect for those who are looking for focused study and supportive facilities.
Placements: I have studied electronics and communication in this college. The placement team was active in those times and from our batch, around 1/4 th of the students were placed in good companies. Companies like Cisco, Tata, L&T, etc. have been there for placements. Salary packages for those companies were around 8 lakh per annum. The placement exams were conducted on the main campus, which is in Kochi. The placement team took all the responsibility to bring us to the main campus .
Infrastructure: College infrastructure has been improved these days. Classrooms , labs , libraries, etc. were very nice. The college has only one hostel for girls but many private hostels were there, which are authorized by the college itself. These private hostels were nice . But in some areas, due to rain, waterlogging may be possible.
Faculty: The teachers, of course, electronics and communication department facilities were very helpful in academics and also in every curriculum during the course. Here in this university, exams are conducted in the same college itself and corrected by the same teachers. Pass percentage is above average.
Other: Comparing to the main campus in Kochi, events in Kuttandu will be lower . And so that students can focus on their studies rather than the campus crowd. But there are events like freshers, Onam , arts, etc. that are refreshing and enthusiastic.

Great campus with a bit less features because its a rural campus.
Placements: Placements are great compared to average engineering colleges in Kerala and we have an average placement of around 6 LPA and the highest placement this year was 24 LPA for the IT batch, the highest placement for CSE was 16 LPA and for ECE it was 8 LPA.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are traditional Kerala classrooms and canteens have great food and we have a wide variety of sports and games. There is campus wifi. We have a bit less infrastructure because this is the rural campus and classrooms are okay. Labs are averagely maintained
Faculty: Faculties are great and helpful. The curriculum is an updated curriculum where students learn only what they actually have to learn instead of the normal standard. They have removed the subjects of civil and mechanical engineering from the curriculum of the first year Circuital Branches

Best college for placement and college life.
Placements: Currently, CUSAT has the best placement when compared to the other KTU colleges and has the highest package of 24 lakh per annum, which was given by a multi-national company. Of that, about 4 lakh per annum is given by each company on average as of 2026.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college has undergone a drastic change compared to other colleges and the hostel that is provided by the college is okay but not at all good when compared to others. When it comes to the courses that are given by the college, there are so many future-proof courses there.
Faculty: Faculty in our CUSAT are highly qualified and have a lot of experience in their field. Their lecturing classes are very convenient, and we can make a perfect note of them. The exams that are conducted by them are a bit tough but if we start from the beginning, we can get it fluently.
Other: I would say that if you are looking for a good opportunity to get a good lifestyle and job, you should prefer to choose CUSAT.

Placements: About 80% of students get placed every year in our college. Our college has the best placement cell in Kerala. The highest salary package offered is 19 LPA. The average salary package offered is 6 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA. Our college provides multiple placement opportunities for students. It provides internships for all students in the 7th semester.
Infrastructure: Hostels are available at affordable cost. They provide great food at Rs. 400 per month. If you have a reservation, you can get the hostels from the 1st year. Otherwise, you have to wait till 3rd year and should stay in PGs. A lot of PGs with low cost are available near our college. Our college provides the best facilities.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and qualified. They are experienced. They help us to improve our skills. They help us to develop more skills for our future. They are very supportive.

Placements: Our college provides good placements. Many electronic companies visit our college to recruit students. Seimens have a good track record on our campus. You should have the proper skill set to get into a core company. Many IT companies visit our college to recruit students. They offer various job roles. Placement drives will start in the sixth semester. The average salary package depends on your performance.
Infrastructure: Our college lags in infrastructure. This shows in the yearly admissions. The main building has adequate facilities. The other buildings are average. Our college is under development. The CS, IT, and EC branches are good. The other branches' labs and other equipment are less. Wi-Fi facility is available in our college. The mobile network is good. The hostel facility is available in our college. Many homestays and private hostels are available around the campus. Most of them are affiliated with the college. Ladies have convents and hostels. The hostel has a good environment. You should come in advance and find a good hostel or homestay for your need. Our college has a canteen. The canteen is decent, adequate, and hygienic. Sports are active in our college. Our college provides us with facilities for sports like football, basketball, volleyball, table tennis, badminton, cricket, etc.
Faculty: Almost 95% of faculty members are good. They cover the full syllabus for the exam. Exams are conducted properly. There are two campuses. They are Soe and Cucek. The exam valuation is mostly predictable. ECE faculty members are very supportive. They are available to help you. They help you with your studies and personal matters. Exams are difficult compared to KTU.
Other: Pulincunnu is a remote area. The nearest big towns namely, Changanassery and Alappuzha will take 40 minutes and 1 hour, respectively via KSTRC. If you have two-wheelers, then it's simple to travel. The activities and campus advancement are fewer. Both campuses have the same amount of fee. It is a different place to live 4 vital years of your life. There may be challenges, but you will learn to overcome them.

Good place but poor infrastructure.
Placements: About 75% have got placement in different companies from the college. The placement is actually good. But, the placement to core branches are less. The electronics branch is good and have good teachers and have good lab facilities. The highest package was about 25 LPA. And, the lowest was about 3 LPA.
Infrastructure: The campus have Wi-Fi, labs and class room. But there is no hostel facility and don't have a great library. The campua area is not a suitable location fully. It is situated in kuttanad and have its disadvantages and advantage. As it is in an rural area with no croud.
Faculty: Teachers are freindly and helpful. The course curriculum is relevent and is useful, it does make student some what industry ready
The semester exam are not as much difficult but the standard is maintained. The semester exam pass percent is about 60%. But it changes accordi to the faculty and subject.

I am satisfied with the college because of good placements.
Placements: The placement is good but the average package is not so good as it is below 6 lakhs per annum. Top companies like CISCO visit the campus but it takes only 10-15 students from the college.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is not good because there is only one building in which all classes run. The library is small and only a few students can sit there at a time but the students can issue books for home. The college does not have a hostel for North Indian students. There is a college recognized hostel for girls only.
Faculty: The faculty is excellent and they help students in all aspects. There are some permanent faculty members and some are hired on contract basis but all faculty members are helpful and well experienced. They clarify all your doubt.
Other: I chose this course because it comes under core as well as non-core branch. College organized a fest named SATTTVA in the month of April. Also, college has a good environment and it is not much crowded. Students from Kerala state can take E Grantz Scholarship from here but it is for SC/ST students only.

This college provides good faculty members.
Placements: Placements are good in this campus. Almost 70% of students are getting on-campus placements. Beside IT software companies some core companies are visiting our campus for recruitment. The placements about electronics and communication department is also good.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure in this college is not good. This college is located in a small village area, so there are a lot of limitations and complications. The laboratories are good. There is no college hostel for boys, and girls have one college hostel.
Faculty: Faculty members are good, talented, and excellent. All are qualified in this college. The syllabus is hard for students. But teachers can handle the subjects very well. As the syllabus is tough, so the exams are also tough.
