Our college is very good.
Placements: More than 60% of students got placed in our college. The highest salary package offered is 15 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 7 LPA. Top recruiting companies are L&T, Tata, Reliance, etc. Many students got internships. We get a variety of job opportunities in this field.
Infrastructure: Our college provides us with all facilities. Classrooms are not good. The library is available in our college. Wi-Fi facility is not available in our college but available in the library. The hostel facility is not available in our college.
Faculty: Our teachers are helpful and well-qualified. The syllabus is from Cochin University, so it's difficult to acquire topics on YouTube. Semester exams are very difficult. The pass percentage is 50%. They make it so tough that we get backlogs in examinations.
Other: I opted for this course because of my interest in it. Extracurricular activities are held in our college. Many events are held in our college.

Review of Cochin University College of Engineering Kuttanad, CUSAT.
Placements: About 67% of the students are placed from college. Sisco, TCS, Mahindra, and SPCL are the top recruiting companies of our college. Almost 75-87% of students got internships in different companies like Reliance, BSNL, Power Grid, etc. Roles offered are as CAD technician, electrical engineer, etc.
Infrastructure: The facilities are good and our college is located in a small village so there are some complications. There is no college hostel on our campus. In sports, we have one of the best teams. The food served in the mess is comparatively good. The medical facilities available are not much advanced but it is fine for a small college like CUCEK.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and are capable of making us, good engineers. The teaching quality is good and the course curriculum is relevant. The pass percentage is 35% marks. The semester exam is comparably tough. The syllabus is somewhat tough, anyway, it is informative.
Other: I opted for this course because I love to learn more about electricity. The best thing about our course is that it is relevant in the modern world and the growing consumption of energy. There are many events and fests held by different clubs on the campus.

This college is good because of the faculty members and placements.
Placements: Placements are awesome here. About 50% of the students get placed in companies like Cisco, TCS, TVS, etc.
Infrastructure: The campus is situated in a small village named Pulinkunnoo, Kuttanad. So, the campus is small compared to other colleges. The infrastructure of the college is not good compared to other colleges because of the place it is situated. There are no hostels in our college, so we should find hostels on our own. The canteen offers good food. Our college is top in terms of sports and games, and there is no medical team in the college. However, there is a free Wi-Fi facility on the campus.
Faculty: Students are really friendly with faculty members here, and faculty members helped us to gain more marks in exams. The teaching of faculty members is very good. Compared to other colleges, we will have a good relationship with faculty members, which helps in our studies. Students and teachers enjoy their studies, which help a lot. This course and curriculum are relevant. Labs are very good, and helping nature of faculty members helps students.

Good experienced teacher and Healthy environment.
Placements: About 50% students placed this year. Among them one got the highest package of 7.5 Lacs. TCS and Infosys was top recruiter in our college. Normally our college is not providing any internship facility. But you can complete your internship from Kochi metro.
Infrastructure: Overall the facilities are good. College has three glorious building. Our department has good lab facility. Wi-Fi, library. There is no hostel facilities in our college. But in future it is chance to build up new hostel.
Faculty: Teachers are well qualified, knowledgeable and helpful. Really good teaching experience and nice teaching style. This course curriculum is relevant. It also makes the students capable to join the industry. They can improve own mental strength and skills.

It is one of the best colleges in terms of ROI.
Placements: All the students from our batch got placed through college placements. The highest salary package offered was 10 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 2.5 LPA. Companies like Infosys, Wipro, TCS and Oracle visit our college for placements. Students did an internship in various companies like BSNL, Reliance and Power Grid.
Infrastructure: The college had 6 branches, and each branch has its own building. The college provides every facility like smart classrooms. It provides 24x7 Wi-Fi facility for students. All labs were fully equipped with the latest instruments and technology. The college does not provide hostel facility, which is a negative point as college is located in the outskirt area of Alappuzha district.
Faculty: There was a mix of permanent and temporary faculty members in our college. One permanent and one temporary faculty member was allotted for each subject. Not a single professor was allotted for two subjects in a semester, which makes increases the focus on each subject by the professor. The course was very relevant. In each semester, we have to choose one or two relevant subjects for practical trends in the industry as part of our curriculum.
Other: I have chosen this course out of my interest in the electrical and electronics field. Automation is going to be the next huge thing in the industry, so choosing this course was one of my best decision.

Satisfied with the college because of its good faculty and excellent placements.
Placements: Placements of this year are quite good when compared to the previous years. More than 350 students were placed this year, and companies like Cerium and Vedanta, etc., visited our college for placements. The highest salary package was offered by Cisco. Around 20%-30% of the students got internship opportunities. The average stipend offered was Rs. 10,000 per month. The placement cell of CUSAT has been providing good services to the students effectively during the 7th and 8th semesters.
Infrastructure: Our college has got facilities like libraries, and the library is enabled with high-speed 24X7 Wi-Fi facilities. The library is kept open until 6 pm. The infrastructure of the college is quite okay. It's not good as compared to national institutes. However, computer labs and electrical and electronics labs have great facilities. This college is quite good as compared to other colleges in the state. Our college has 2 indoor badminton courts and a huge playground. They conduct cricket as well as football matches. Food available in the canteen can be rated 6.5 out of 10. Hostel rooms are quite okay. However, I'm a day scholar. The college doesn't provide any Wi-Fi services, and almost all the colleges are providing these facilities nowadays. The college needs to improve its infrastructure.
Faculty: Faculty members of our electrical department are one of the best in the whole college. They are really helpful and willing to clear any kind of doubts at any time. We can rely on them for any personal problems and academic issues. Teaching quality is quite good even if our permanent staff are very less in number. The student to faculty ratio is quite high. I have done a few internships during my B.Tech course. I did one internship in FACT and the one in KSEB. The course curriculum was useful so that I could learn a wide range of equipment in electrical and electronic fields.
Other: Our college organises a tech fest every year, and they also conduct an arts fest. We had organised the tech fest during the 3rd year, and it was quite successful. The campus crowd is huge as compared to any other college in the state. I'm good at pencil sketches and drawing portraits. I also play badminton well.

Placements: Placements in our college were good. Almost 50% of the students got placed. The highest salary package offered was 5 lacs per annum. A large number of companies like Mu Sigma, TCS, Infosys, Oracle, Cerium, Wipro, etc., visited the campus for placements. Overall, the placements are good.
Infrastructure: The college has a good library with free Wi-Fi facility. All the computer labs provided are high-class and have air-conditioning systems. Classrooms are smart with projector facilities. Students are also provided with sports coaching.
Faculty: The college has qualified and knowledgeable teachers. Teaching quality is good. It can be improved by introducing more number of permanent teachers for teaching. The course curriculum was good and useful. The teaching methods include students giving seminars.
Other: A large number of outstanding events are conducted in the college.

The right place to find knowledge and freedom.
Placements: Placements was very good, almost 60% of students got placed in top companies like TCS, Infosys, Oracle etc. The highest package was of 8 Lacs annum, the lowest was 3.6 Lacs annum, on average it was 4.8 Lacs annum. We do have a placement cell, they work accordingly and efficiently to let students be a part of the placement and they do work tirelessly to ensure that those who registered will be get placed.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are well built and nature friendly. Unlike flat like structures, each classes are built individually as a block of buildings, which let as to walk freely. There're two libraries equipped with Wi-Fi and top class array of study equipments and books. There's a large ground, cricket practice nets, football ground, gym, indoor stadium for badminton, throwball court, basketball court, volleyball court.
Faculty: Course curriculum is one of the best in Kerala. It covers whole area of study which let the students to grasp easily at the same time without over effort. Facilities are friendly and let the students freely to think themselves and ask questions and do help to find answers for those.
